When I go and open any website, a minute later Firefox flickers, it's been doing that for a month now. and I always get this too, a separate issue " This site is slowing down Firefox" yet it never says what site, and when Firefox is the only site open, it still does it.

So, for my work, I use a website with a built-in design tool for analyzing roof shading. The website hosting it is Aurora Solar. On any other browser, it works fine, but on Firefox, rather than displaying an image, it just shows blank white. I've tried asking the tool's support, but their only suggestion was using a different browser, which I'd like not to have to do if I can help it. I've disabled all extensions for the site and cleared the cache to no avail. Is there anything else I can try?

Hey! My firefox crashed and I had to uninstall and reinstall it. However, when I signed back in the new browser with the account I created in 2020, it did not transfer my bookmarks and extensions. Can you please help me? I am freaking out a bit because it is so important that i get those back. I would REALLY appreciate it!

im tired of firefox alot of times i quit because of awful translation when i sign in to google account it suggest me my email to enter it for me but in the buttom of segustion it says from this website (in arabic) wtf email is a website

also i try to change langauage it says search for other lanuages i dont even see any seach buttom there are languages and i select from them and alot and alot more

Ever since the update to Firefox 102 and continuing in 103, Netflix gives a F7701-1003 when attempting playback, naturally playback works fine(as it always does every time FF does this with each new release) in Chrome and Brave. All previous suggested work arounds do not resolve this issue.

Since no one answered this question the last 5 times people had to ask similar questions I will repeat this basic question.

Does Mozilla not test their updates prior to release?

I cannot copy and paste from one Google doc into another Google doc in Firefox. But I can in Google Chrome.

I don't know the reason for this. Is it because Google (Chrome & Drive) does not want competition? Is it because this inter-doc copy-and-paste requires code that Mozilla doesn't want to bake into Firefox?

Doing this on windows Firefox running the latest version as of yesterday (Aug 10 2022).

all other browsers work fine apart from firefox since the latest update , I have been a firefox user for 20 years and if this continues then I will have to quit using it . Tried everything i can think of and it still doesn't work

I need to access an essential security device that has an address similar to my modem, with numbers and periods only. But Firefox consistently adds either "HTTP" or "HTTPS" to the address, so Firefox says, “Unable to connect.” I am able to access my modem page without Firefox adding anything to the address. The instructions I found (at Support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/https-only-prefs) say to disable or insert exceptions in the “HTTPS only" option on the “Privacy and Security” section of Firefox Preferences. However, there is NO "HTTPS only" selection in my Preferences (Version 78.150esr). The other suggestion, to “Click the Lock icon in the address bar,” will not work because there is no Lock icon in the address bar with this address. I have "Use the address bar for search. . ." unchecked in the "Search" section of Firefox Preferences. I also tried unchecking “Provide search suggestions,” disabling all of my Firefox extensions, and using “non-private browsing” mode. Safari browser will not connect to this URL either. Help!

I would like to create what I call custom popups. If I go to a page, a popup will show my own notes. This may be a reminder about my personal history. It would have to be on my computer only and be triggered when I go to the site. I realize that the real url may be obscured by an app, and I don't know if that can be overcome.

I'm imagining when I go to a particular web page, I will see a reminder, or popup or note with my own comments.

This may already be available, but perhaps I don't know the right questions to ask.

I assume this would only be available on one browser on one computer.

Looking at a product on Amazon (that I've purchased before), it may tell me: "Works like a charm" or "Piece of *"

On a dating site it might remind me when I see one person: "Danger, Will Robinson" or "Try again after Christmas"

A business site might show a note: "Remind owner you met at Halloween bash" or "Express sympathy about loss of pet"

On the App Store it might remind me that an app: "Doesn't work for me" or "This is the one Janet recommends"

Perhaps on a saved document: "Sent on Aug 7 by Robert" or "Still doesn't have the right tone....look again in a week"

And when I am deciding which app to use on my computer: "Great graphic app when rushed, but not powerful" (I would never think that an app named "Moosepow" was for graphics.)

I may even be asking the wrong question. I want reminders that are automatic.

i have been downloading updated version of firefox for browser for weeks but when i click on icon for my search i just keep getting full screen showing that i should download firefox??????

I am running xampp on windows10.

Firefox works just great (not developer edition).
