I have set E:\ as my default download location. However in some cases Firefox does not respect my choice and silently downloads stuff to C:\Users\Name\Downloads. I really hate this. One example, a pdf downloaded from here https://scribd.vpdfs.com/. Please fix it. Thx.

Sat. 04/19/2025 @9:10 am CDT - Hi. About 2 months ago on any Settings page, FF began to show "your browser is being managed by your organization." The problem is - it's a STANDALONE box, not connected to any network beyond my ISP. I do own websites but I'm not perpetually logged into the host company, so their switch to Microsoft Entra wouldn't have an effect, I would think.

What settings do I change to make FF know that I'm not on a network? Thanks in advance.

windows 10 is up to date firefox is up to date (137.02 64 bit) dark theme

there is no bookmark sidebar button at the right of the address bar

I am running firefox in 5 windows with at least 7 tabs each every time i exit, reopen of update it i have more that 35 Bookmark LEFT Side Bars to close IF i have the patience to close all of them WHICH NEVER HAPPENS... (this is happening since too long, I am pissed off...)

I searched, tried a couple of "solutions" to no avail

Can I substitute a more legible font for one of Firefox's? How? Where would I find suitable fonts. (Increased character spacing is what I will resort to if necessary, but it wastes space.)

for some time now I can't use Grok(x.com) in Firefox(137.0.1 (64-Bit)) anymore. "Something went wrong" is always the answer.

Troubleshooting Mode doesn't help. Disabling any site restrictions, neither.

Any one else? Any ideas?

I have had a Yahoo Account since early 2000's until my home network was compromised and they locked me out of all my accounts back in 2021. I waited until the end of 2022 or begining 2023 and contacted firefox support via 3rd party who was able to unlock my account once i signed up for a subscription. well that phone was lost and along with access to [" [edited] @YAHOO.COM & ph# ([edited] [edited] associated with the account "] and would like assistance getting back in.

I started recently using Directv, I created an account with success. Now I can't get into my account. I get error that "something went wrong". I can get on account using Edge. Please advise. thanks

I'd like to prevent the constant jumping videos while I'm trying to read still texts. The videos make me feel nauseated in addition to being a distraction even when they are not in my direct line of sight. Thank you for your help.
