I used the same account with two computers. I always keep my account in sync. Actually, they do not. My previous notebook has a series of bookmarks, but the bookmarks in the latter one is exactly different. It seems like two accounts, but I log in with the same account. Miracly, when I log the same account with my phone, the bookmarks in my phone is sync with my previous notebook I don't know how to solve it and appreciate your answer.

I have been trying for over 2 hours off and on over the past several days to pay for your unlimited relay service to no avail, using my paypal account. I login to my PP account popup window and am taken to the next window where I can - theoretically - choose which means of payment I want to use. Most often I don't have the time to check the banner for Agree and Pay as the app immediately takes me to the page where it tries to connect to register the payment. Then I get the message to the effect of the app is too busy and 'Try again later', so I hit the 'try again' button and am taken back to the login page. Usually, at this point I login, am taken to the Agree and Pay screen but which no longer displays the button to agree and pay, so now the app will no longer register anything and comes to a -- Full Stop. Sometimes for variety I am taken back to the opening page where I again choose PayPal which begins the whole procedure all over again.

All I'm trying to do is pay Firefox $0.99@month for this "unlimited" service. It shouldn't be this hard. I have also tried to pay using MS Edge; same thing: 'Server busy, try again later' Any suggestions to rectify this annoying time sink would be welcomed.

I am running FF 102.0 64bit on Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2 Installed on ‎6/‎18/‎2021 OS build 19044.1766 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

Cannot open PDF from MS365/Sharepoint site. Error message: "ERROR: URL provided is expired or invalid. Please reinitiate the workflow..." Checked:

1. 1 Other file types open/download correctly.
2. 2 Other browsers open PDFs correctly.

The issue seems restricted to Firefox and PDFs.

My banking website works fine except for 2 tabs which eventually comes back with page not found due to a technical problem. I think started happening with the last update to Firefox. I have no problems using MS Edge. I have contact my Bank's help line and only suggested clearing data cache and cookies, but it made no difference.

unable to use on Firefox: Bank of America, CapOne Visa, CostcoTravel.com, for starters...which setting is preventing this? So I have to use Chrome; pls save me from that. On CostcoTravel.com, the circle just spins...for hours--just trying to sign in, even with Enhanced OFF.

I believe the latest Firefox update has a glitch which prevents me from downloading audiobooks through the library's Overdrive app. After failing several times and talking to a very patient librarian, I finally used a different browser and was successful.

I just bought a new laptop and am trying to sync my firefox account. Whenever I try to sign in from the new computer I keep getting an incorrect password message despite using the correct password. What am I suppose to do here? I don't want to lose all my saved info and everything else.

In the last days I couldn't create shortcuts on SOME pages with drag and drop as I did usually. Today I formated the PC to start fresh, the problem remains!

The above are happening in SOME pages, not in all shortcuts. When I try to create the shortcuts on Opera they are created just fine. Perhaps that has to do with a bug in some update (windows or firfox)

Running Firefox 102.0 in Win 10. When I try to download a PDF file, I get (1) a dialog box saying the download failed, (2) two 0 byte files in the download directory with the name of the PDF file I'm trying to download, and sometimes (3) a PDF file with a filename of 8 random characters that appears to be the file I'm trying to download. How do I fix this?

My list of bookmarks that used to automatically display down the left side of my screen are now relegated to a heading in the bookmarks toolbar at the top of the page. This is completely useless to me. What happened to the display down the left side, and how can I stop this from NEVER changing in the future? I've had this happen before, and every time it does it takes me half a day to find the hidden solution to the problem.

Hi, good day/evening you all. Hey with a temporary disability I have a real need to limit my mousing and would love to see a feature request I could give a thumbs up on -- for the 3 line menu at the top right being accessible via keyboard. (Also at least some of the choices on it such as History via a hotkey -- after I have the main menu open. By the way I know about pressing Alt, then any of the hotkeys on the old school hidden menu bar -- I'm instead talking about the new always visible hamburger menu icon.)

Where would I search to see if there's been any discussion or progress on that? Bugzilla?

Screen 1 message: firefox.exe Entry point not found. Files(x86)Mozilla.firefox\xul.dll. Screen 2 message: couldn't load XPCOM. After repeated tries to get to firefox I deleted the icon and re-installeed a new copy of firefox.

As my computer skills are not great my question is can any of the old data/bookmarks be retrieved? And if so

how in very simple terms/pictures.
