How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.

My Earthlink email will not scroll. I have tried talking to Earthlink, but they say it is probably a browser problem. Here is my conversation with them, so that I don't have to re-type everything.

When I open my Earthlink email in Firefox there is a box at the top that says "Enhanced by Google" and the screen won't scroll. I talked to Earthlink support and they said it's a Firefox problem

Google maps displays a map and then, a few seconds later the map goes black. I found an archive thread called "Google Maps suddenly displaying black" where it is suggested to use ctrl+F5 to bypass the cache. That solution works but then, a few seconds later: Boom, the map goes black.

Seems to me that when the page is refreshed by a script in the map that whatever gets downloaded corrupts the map and then when the refresh occurs, the map goes black.

What ever this "corruption is" Firefox fails to display the content correctly. I have killed my cache, disabled extensions, used troubleshooting mode, switched to the "auto" system theme etc. The key combo is the only way to temporarily recover the map. I should also point out that I see differences in the map UI, it looks like Google updated the UI in maps.

I do not like the clutter of a score of articles chosen by AI on my home page. I only want a blank page the same shade of green I had before with the shortcuts I actually use. Your sponsors may give you money, but I'm not clicking on any except to get rid of them.

How can I get my clean hompage back?

Hello! Since the latest update to Firefox (153, I believe) my Firefox has not worked. It starts up perfectly fine, but quickly freezes, becomes non-responsive, and needs to be closed. No matter how many times I attempt to open it, the same thing occurs. There’s been been occasions where it hasn’t frozen immediately so I have been able to turn off hardware acceleration as well as remove my theme and disable all my add-ons/extensions, but this has done nothing. Creating a new profile does not help, nor does trying Safe Mode: the same thing happens no matter what. I tried to reinstall the update, but this also did nothing. I haven’t yet tried to uninstall & reinstall or do a Firefox refresh as those are my last resorts and I won’t do them unless I’m sure they’ll make a difference. I haven’t downloaded any new extensions recently, and this only started happening after the most recent update. I’m not sure what else I can try at this point, and am very frustrated.

Up until today, I could open my web pages with vpn on uninterrupted, but todayI suddenly have to turn vpn off in order to open even my commonly used sites; what's up with that?

I clicked on the bookmarks icon to open one up, and there's nothing there. where did my bookmarks go? It's been a week, maybe, since I last used the bookmarks menu

I believe I got an automatic update to Version 154.0 yesterday on my Windows 11 laptop. When I opened Firefox after the update I got stuck

My Bookmarks appear to still be available, but my passwords are gone. The passwords are still available on my iPhone and iPad

I have tried syncing to no avail.

I need my passwords. How can I get them back?
