I reinstalled Windows and downloaded the browser again. I logged into my account, turned on synchronization, but none of the data was synced. I am absolutely sure that synchronization was enabled on my old browser. I tried turning it off and on again, but nothing helps. Please help me get my data back!

Need to sync mobile and desktop with Firefox already installed using different email ID. Since new smartphone, thought it was safer. But unable to sync. Do I install new Firefox on mobile? Will I lose some saved sites on mobile?

After using firefox for most of my life i am disappointed with the current service i am receiving. I have recently purchased a new laptop with windows 11 installed & no matter how many times i try my passwords are not being synced. I have imported them from my last device but the only password that is showing is the mozilla firefox account. Please help as i am constantly having to change my passwords as the previous ones are not shown. Thanks

My firefox deleted all my passwords and bookmarks last night. I manually inputed everything from scratch and now it has all deleted again. I pressed sync no multiple times and nothing is popping up. I am extremely annoyed. If this isn't resolved I must switch to a new browser.

In the settings of Firefox there is a search bar you click it to type things in to search settings but I cant search settings? I type "Favorite" and there's no settings for favorites bar behavior? No, I don't want the favorites bar to delete itself after I click on anything. I want my favorites bar to be a favorites bar and stay there and not go away anytime I click on anything. It shouldnt just be there only when I click a new tab.

1) Why does searching the settings for "favorite" not display any favorites bar settings? 2) Why are my Firefox browser settings not persistent between multiple computers when I have enabled "Sync"?

Able to sign in to Mozilla account, but cannot find Sync anywhere. Sync is OK on multiple other devices. System also seems unable to load 140.10 esr. Is it possible to sync on esr versions?

After reinstalling my computer system, I logged into my Firefox account again, but the data synchronization failed. All my previous data is gone, including bookmarks, passwords, and widgets. What happened? I can't find them in the mobile app either.

I recently switched to Linux on both my laptop and desktop computers, and I have started having an issue where after closing Firefox, the process does not end fully, leading to a Firefox crash notice after a minute or two.

This seems to only happen when I have sync turned on. It always says "syncing..." and never finishes, and logging out of my account or turning sync off fixes this problem. However, I'd really like to be able to use sync across my two systems.

My laptop is running Pop OS, and my desktop is running CachyOS. Making a new account fixed this error for a few days, and now it is happening again.

I cannot log into my account and synchronize my data, logins and passwords. I downloaded the latest version of the browser on the official website. Below I will send screenshots proving that there are no buttons or anything that would indicate at least the slightest login to your account. BUT YOU'RE SHOVING YOUR ****** AI BOT EVERYWHERE.

I am trying to synchronise my web browser on my phone to my laptop, but when I try to do so using the QR code I get an error saying I need to use a Mozilla app to do it rather than my phone camera app (see attached)

I can’t find anywhere in my Firefox browser settings this app!

Cannot get FireFox browser on my Windows 11 computer to sync with my Android mobile phone or the other way around. They both can see each other but they won't sync.

I use Firefox for work. Recently, I refreshed my desktop and now my favorites do not sync with the fresh Firefox installation. I've logged out, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
