how come when ever i install any antivirus except for windows defender do i get this in Firefox Your browser is being managed by your organization. i went to policies but do not know what to do why can this not be removed from Firefox what do i need to do in policies to get rid of this. here is what i get in policies did not remove any thing this is what i get help please thi is documentation in policies.. I have over 100 open tabs spread over 4 Mac desktops. I can no longer access ANY of them after upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26 and installing ESET Cyber Security Pro. I've used ESET with Firefox for many years without ANY problems. But now I have to choose between uninstalling ESET and being unprotected in order to use Firefox AT ALL. Every single webpage is blacked out with the message below. ESET support says that Firefox needs to issue an update to fix this problem.

I was using the following CSS to hide the navigation images and show only text labels on the context menu for the Back, Forward, Reload and Bookmark Page menu options...

I don't feel like having to buy a new laptop for this.

Hello, I'm writing here since I lost hope in Microsoft's support. I've seen some other people having the same issue from like July, this problem however started with me around the end of August. Every time I try to log into my hotmail I get the screen attached. The only way to get around it is to delete the cookies/cache related to Live.com and try again. Also, right now, I have to "sign out" from my email to avoid saving cookies or cache related to my login information - otherwise, I will have to do the process again (of deleting the cache/cookies). The thing is, I've always used Firefox to check my hotmail, and I wouldn't log out of my hotmail and check back in quickly any time I want to - the process now is getting sluggish. I've contacted Microsoft (or let's just say, tried to) but I kept going in loops and never got an answer. So I'm here in hope I get any ideas (and I have a feeling that it is something from Microsoft's side and not from Firefox side because the problem occurred suddenly and not after a specific update to Firefox).

For over a week, Firefox always displays the message "Our servers are experiencing problems with our services" when I try to view a TV program on YouTube TV. Opera, Edge and my iPhone do not have this problem. I notice that Firefox doesn't store my location in the same place other browsers do. Could that be the problem?

When logging in to a website that I use many times every day all day, all of a sudden I log on and all I get is a blank white screen. I have tried clearing everything, restarting Firefox, removing Firefox and re-installing it, rebooting the computer, starting Firefox in the safe mode but no change. The same problem shows up on three different computers on two different networks with two different ISPs. The website opens normally on Edge and Chrome. I would prefer to be able to use Firefox. Using version 139.0.4 (64-bit) on all three computers. I would really appreciate any help that is available.

For past few weeks, Whenever I try to update FFX on windows 11, it fails. It takes me to another screen and tells me to download Firefox. When I try to download it , it aborts with this message.

"download.mozilla.org has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site."

To download Firefox with new version I have to use another browser but no choice. Then with new version of Firefox, I have faced the same issue of update and used same approach to update firefox to a newer version.

This error appears for some google sites as well but the same occurring for firefox download site itself is not understood.

i was trying to check my apparmor stuff because of the warning on Linux. Now i tried duck.ai to instruct me , but created more damage than anything else. It said to set firefox in enforcement mode, now it wont start (well im using Firefox right now in complain mode)

How do I fix this problem that everything runs normally and safe?

Hello, I have just installed Firefox version 144.0.2 on a new computer. I have access to all of the Firefox files and data on the original computer, but I am not able to run Firefox on that computer. Therefore, I am not able to create an export file from the original installation. Is it possible for me to import all of the original Firefox data into the new installation? My laptop unexpectedly closed Firefox after it crashed and upon a restart I re-opened Firefox, which normally restores all my open windows/tabs from the very last session no problem whenever it force quits due to laptop crashes. But this time when opening, it restored windows/tabs from almost a month ago. I closed Firefox and checked the sessionstore-backups folder: - the recovery-backup files are from the session date I just re-opened with old tabs - the previous.jsonlz4 file is from about a month ago and seems to be the reference point used when restoring tabs rather than my actual last session

Is there any other file or method I could use to recover my actual prior session tabs before it crashed?

I have not re-opened Firefox since quitting the browser after seeing it restored the old tabs.

What version of Firefox actually allows you to add extensions? I'm running the most current version of Tumbleweed that ships with 144.0. Attempts to add extensions just sit there doing nothing until I close the tab. This sort of worked some time ago (I forget the version) but the inability of Firefox to allow add-ons/extensions is getting to be a joke. There are other browsers out there, ya know.

every download gets stopped with "This file contains a virus or malware", have to click on the file, then click "allow download" every time!

I check the file with my antivirus and it finds NOTHING!

Hello, we were just assigned brand new laptops at work. I had IT install Firefox for me, and I'm attempting to sync my firefox account with my previous one so that I can load all the open tabs I had on my previous laptop. I appeared to have signed into my account just fine on the Mozilla pages, but when I go to the hamburger menu in the top right of the browser, I see no icon for my profile, nor any option for "sign in and sync" like the help guides are instructing me to click on. I can't pull up anything related to syncing in the settings, either. What exactly am I missing? Any help is appreciated, thank you!
