You installed without my permission the Microsoft web app. That is spyware that has cost you this user. I will uninstall Firefox, tell everyone I know what you 'security-minded' liars are really doing to us. I belong to a gaming club with hundreds of members and by tonight they will all know not to trust Firefox. You really have some nerve teaming up with that nasty organization. Before this day is out all my contacts on all my social media sites will know what you are doing. I have a $3,000 rig that you jeopardized.

Assigning to a server for VPN takes unusual long - many server seem not to be available; new cities are shown, which I never saw before if I sign up for Amsterdam - my browser shows Teheran this is strange what should I do?

Recently I had to install a new windows, and I signed in to my Firefox account and found all the data from the previous windows including the open tabs, I could find them from "Tabs from other devices".

But now can't find them any more, although that device name is still there in my account page, under " connected services", please advise.

Using Mozilla as my browser, I print from my Lenovo laptop to my HP Office Jet 8025e printer. The headers and footers have disappeared. The "print Header/Footer" is checked in the printer settings, but they do NOT print. This change has occurred during the last couple of weeks, perhaps as the result of an update. It seems that checking or unchecking that box makes no difference now. Same result regards...no Headers or Footers. Please advise.

My Bookmarks (> 100) suddenly became corrupted yesterday while I was browsing. They don't go to anything that they are supposed to. There is no backup profile listed to recover. What do i do short of manually typing in all those bookmarks? Windows 11, No edge but I can use Chrome

I am trying to sync my Firefox from my old laptop (Windows 10) to a new laptop (Windows 11) Mozilla sends verification code to my email, but my email is so slow that by the time this code arrives it already expired. a) Can verification code be sent to my phone? b) if not, how can I increase the time allowed for imputing the verification code to wait until I receive the code?

Please help to Dismiss the 'Stuck" Amazon icon on the main search page!

You can block types of contact you follow on the tab content page but you cannot block specific sources of that content. For example, I don't want to see any content from NBC, so how can I block that source?

the go back to previous page shortcut is annoying and it kept messing with my work and I want to disable it I use touchpad and accidentally goes back to previous page all the time and sometimes I have to redo my unsaved work because of this. Please disable this arrow in a blue circle thing

On Windows 11 - I keep getting logged out of Firefox after I close down. Then, when I enter my password to log in I get two emails with the same code and then two log in screens and duplicate emails to confirm login. I can only see one profile set up. I have not got automatic removal of history etc set. This does not happen on my Android devices. Any advice please as is getting more than frustrating!
