The extension ZoneAlarm Web Secure is preventing safe downloads from web sites. I do not want this program in my version of Firefox. version of Firefox. There is no way I have found to remove this program. Please advise me how to do so.

Hi. I use firefox version 133.03 (64 bit) and have issues when on x.com's website. It will randomly open new tabs constantly. I have tried multiple options with settings on firefox and my pc, blocked new windows from opening, and disabled pop-ups. Checked my extensions and tried disabling all and that did not affect anything. I have run scans for viruses, malware, etc., and nothing comes up.

Any advice? It gets pretty annoying having to close the repeating tabs to be able to view the site.

No extension is being added in the mozilla browser. It just gets stuck at the download step, and processing keeps happening at the same point. Can you guide me on what the issue might be and how i can resolve this issue? Or is this browser just bad, and I should switch to another one?

Hi, When I access my bank account on my main PC running Firefox when the screen opens up on the page to enter login details the screen greys out. If I use Google Chrome on my main PC I can access the login. If I use my laptop using Firefox I can access the login. I have compared both Firefox settings on my main PC and Laptop and they appear to be the same. What can be done to allow access please. John

We have noticed that opening a Microsoft Teams meetings link in Firefox does not open pop-up window asking the user to allow microphone access. Reopening the link in new tab without closing the Firefox causes the pop-up window to appear (sometimes it takes more then two tries). If one closes the Firefox and then reopens the link, the permission pop-up window will not be shown.

Is this a known issue? Can we expect this issue to be resolved in the near future?

Currently we use Firefox version 128.5.1esr (64-bit) and Windows 10 (22H2) on our computers.

Ok, this is a weird one.

I can't load https://duckduckgo.com. It breaks search in a new tab, but I also can't visit it directly from the url. The tab simply does not load.

I've cleared cache, cookies, and extensions. I've refreshed Firefox more than once.

I can visit https://html.duckduckgo.com. I can visit https://lite.duckduckgo.com.

However! In a private window, I can visit https://duckduckgo.com It still breaks in a secondary normal window.

No other site appears to be broken.

Firefox has been running smoothly for the last 6 months. Recently I started receiving Firefox Crash Reporter dialog boxes when opening the app. The app never opens, but I receive three crash reporter dialog boxes.

What I have tried: Repair Reinstall Deleted every Mozilla folder in App cache and other device locations. Did another reinstall. App never loads and I receive a crash report. Updated Windows. Restarted laptop. Etc. Everything else on the device runs perfectly.

Hello I have an application that shows forms where the input fields are inserted on table columns. When the column contains two fields sometimes the second field is showed not in the same line.

It must be said that the second field is added after the creation of the form.

Whit Chrome and Edge the form is showed correctly. At thislink the behavior can be seen. Thanks

Firefox as of late doesn't support my facebook emails from other facebook posts. Why is this. If i go to chrome then I can open them. What is going on with firefox? I prefer not to switch browsers, but I will if you cannot support facebook posts.

as I write my comments it doesn't show, again as I write. I have to left click and highlight to see it. it does show the comments as I post them,only while I am actually writing it it doesn't show.

Suddenly, as of a couple of days ago, without my doing changes to the settings, when I want to leave comments on YouTube, neither the cursor nor any letters I type show up. This is true for both identical brand and model laptops. I am able to comment on my Samsung 22 cell phone. I hope that someone can solve this for me. Thank you in advance.

I have been having this issue with Firefow & Youtube for some weeks now.

What happens is that I launch a video, it plays well, but after 1 minute it stops. No buffering, no download of the next chunk of the video, nothing. It just stops. I have disabled all the addons I use and it changes nothing; in some cases, it stops the video from launching.

> Why this is not network related : on the same computer, at the same time, I can watch YT videos on Opera. Without issues. With uBlock origin enabled. And VPN. > Why I believe this is browser (ie. not computer) related : I have another computer, on the same network, that has the exact same issue. With less extensions, and no VPN. And again, when using Opera, YT works as intended, with uBlock origin.

There might be a setting related to video buffering to change, or something, I do not know. But this is beginning to be infuriating.

Is this a Google' crackdown on browsers not beging Chrome? Or am I an isolated case?
