Since the last update on both my desktop and laptop web performance has slowed considerably. Some sites time out, some just don't connect. I've tried VPN on and off, changed security levels, deleted extensions to no avail. I use Windows 10. Is this the future with FF? Time, after many years using FF synced across all my devices, to bail?

As you see I am running Windows 10 on a laptop which Microsoft said I was good for another year using this OS. Your latest download executed and after 2 reboots continuously crashes after trying to view any of the five windows a browser I had open with multiple tabs in each.

So, I need to download from another computer and copy the file to the Windows 7 computer. This doesn't work when you detect that the computer doing the download is a newer computer. How do I tell your system to give me the Windows 7 installer?

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where the built-in Firefox VPN feature has completely disappeared from my browser interface. I cannot see the icon on the toolbar, and the feature is not active. I saw the update that you added vpn to firefox, but I can't use it. It doesn't show up in the toolbar anywhere and there are no vpn options anywhere in settings. When I try and create a second profile THEN I get the vpn option but when I click on it it says that I can only use it with the original profile.

(keep in mind i have ublock origin activated on both windows but the ai only works in private mode where im not signed in)
