on all New Tabs and too Windows the Weather-Functionality appears wrong. It appears absolutely impossible to change the Weather for the actually location - so it appears as you may delete that future in general

As of today, the wallpaper I'd set for my homepage/new tabs pages is gone and there's no way to choose a different one. Is this just me or or are other people having this problem?

On google search bar- where is the microphone, or dictation icon. How do I add it. I have windows 11 and using Mozilla firefox as my default web browser. I have search the settings and cannot find it. Please send instructions to add it to the bar. If I were to use chrome/google they have it and I know Firefox did have it. Thank you

Today, all of a sudden, I lost my usual browser window that displayed all my bookmarks. The browser window looked completely different in a bad way and I have lost quick access to my most familiar sites. Moreover, the page displays sponsored ads, none of which is either of my choosing or of my liking. I am completely disoriented and Firefox has greatly disappointed me. Please help!

I updated my firefox to Version 143.0.4 (64-bit). (I am using Mac). I was trying to change my wallpaper, so I went to the pencil and customize part of the new tab, and when I look at the wallpaper thing, I just see that it says "Reset to default". I didn't see any of the things that said upload image or any of that. just reset to default. I really wanted to change my wallpaper, so is there something I'm missing or something?

I read the FAQ about this feature. I read this about whether the stories are personalized to me:

But there is no place that tells me how to turn this off if I don't want the stories personalized to me, and I do not want them personalized. The algorithms make assumptions about what I want to read and learn. But I want to be free to encounter and learn things that I might not otherwise come across.

How can I avoid being pigeonholed and limited in this way?

I click to open a NEW TAB and it does not work. I just updated to the latest version of FF now nothing happens.

The right click menu shows way too many options unlike before  and I have to scroll to the top to see the open in new tab. DOES NOT OPEN ANYTHING.

Q: Homepage and Tabs allows URLs; New Tabs offers only Blank and Firefox Home (Default)

Any way for New Tabs to also have a URL? Why not?

How can I customize recommended stories so that only articles that require a sign-in to be viewed not be shown to me. If I see a story title that looks interesting and I select it and a sign in page immediately pops up (all of which I do not wish to sign up for just to read a short article) then it feels like another privacy grab.

As of Updating to 142.0.1 (64 bit, Windows 10) yesterday, the Home Page / New Tab page now has DOZENS of RECOMMENDED STORIES under different Topics, instead of the former more compact and manageable grid or 15 or 18 items.

Under SETTINGS - HOME - RECOMMENDED STORIES it seems you can only toggle RECOMMENDED STORIES ON or OFF.

On the Home / New Tab page itself, you can only Select whether to FOLLOW or BLOCK Topics. The page is now TOO LONG and much TOO BUSY and not worth endlessly Scrolling to find the two or three articles of possible interest.

QUESTION: Where is, or Why is there Not, an Option for the former "Legacy" RECOMOMENDED STORIES? The Alternative is to turn RECOMMENDED STORIES OFF - which defeats the purpose of supporting your News or Advertisers to Support MOZILLA.

The Display Options for SHORTCUTS offers choices of 2 rows, 3 rows, etc ... Why Not an Option for RECOMMENDED STORIES limiting to a fixed number as well ?

I want to drop ALL SPORTS CONTENT ON MY NEW PAGES & HOME PAGE. Every day I 'dismiss' every one. I 'thumbs down' every one. I've reported as SPAM, OUTDATED, tried to find modifications in 'settings'. I've clicked on the pencil at the bottom right corner...ZERO help. All I could find is the choice to "allow" or "not allow" recommended by & curated by staff. HELP ME MAKE IT STOP, PLEEZE.

I have used Firefox on my PC for ever (10-15 years). Yahoo was set to be my home page so I can get to my email. Starting 5-6 days ago when I click Mozilla Firefox on my task bar it opens a white (blank) page, no yahoo (but it shows yahoo.com in the address bar). I can go to my book marks and got them or type in a URL and go there OK. But, to see my mail I have to open Google Chrome to get to yahoo and log in. If I'm on Firefox and get the blank screen, then go to another URL from my bookmarks then type in yahoo.com it goes back to a blank screen that shows https://www.yahoo.com/ in the address.

Title, i really don't want that small icon on every new tab. You can move it in toolbar customization , but you can't remove it completely. It loads automatically when opening any tab at all , so i see it for a split second. It really bugs me.

Really annoying with latest update there is no add short cut box on the home page anymore. I use this lots to save time now I have to go into browser history and find the link. All there is now is Recent activity and suggested sights that are picked for me. I don't want this on my browser!!

It has re-occurred to my Firefox Browser of the latest version of 115.28 with some websites which I have recently visited however which have appeared 8 grids of blank or white pages again under "Recent Activity" as attached with the image for your technical troubleshooting suggestion.

Those 8 grids of Recent Activity in the older version of Firefox browsers used to have shown colorful graphics or images representative of the recent websites I visited in the recent past.

May I know what I am supposed to do to recover those graphics or images?

Kindly offer any suggestion or solution?
