I have read all your tutorials. I was unable to have an important televisit with my doctor yesterday because nothing I tried worked. I am unable to use webcam for other sites until I resolve this problem. Previously I had no problem with my webcam but recently had to get new pc with windows 11 & needs to configure my pc to address this issue. I have another appt scheduled with another doctor & need to fix this problem asap Thanks

So I am THIS close to uninstalling firefox forever. Every 10 seconds, when I have a google tab open, it brings me to my permissions on location, and asks me to give permission. I turned it off in firefox settings 'block new location requests' but it keeps happening. I have location turned off on my PC, and don't wish to turn it on. This is INCREDIBLY frustrating as I can't use google now because of it. How do I stop it.

Don't know how to describe the issue. I leave the computer on all night. In the morning, when I move the mouse to activate the screen, there is a large, 3-panel image with links to various websites. Today's panels are titled "Daily Wonder," "Hats Off to the Class of '25," and "Markets." A click on any of these panels takes me to a website. No idea how these panels are produced or by whom. If I try to take a screenshot, the images disappear and my normal home screen is shown. I do not recognize anything in the Task Manager that might explain this. Not sure if this is a Windows issue or a Firefox issue. Perhaps another user can ask me questions that will lead to more information.

I got a prompt requesting i allow a midi device plugin to install but..... I denied and selected the "never ask again" option. Turns out i do need this device installed. How can i get the prompt back after i denied and checked "never again".

I thought the webcam was not working but in another browser like Google Chrome Internet Explorer, the webcam works in all other browsers.

I recently added ChatGPT as a search engine option. I tried to use the voice interface to simply ask the question instead of typing it out. An error message quickly appeared that stated "To use voice mode, you'll need to enable your microphone and try again." I could not find a way to grant this permission. The only setting mentioning "permissions" was in privacy & security. When I click on "settings" I receive the following message showing websites which have asked for permission so that I could choose to grant it or not, but, what it does not provide is a way for me to grant spontaneously if I choose to. ChatGPT has not requested permission so how do I, without a request from a site, choose to grant them permission to access and use the mic on the laptop so that I can simply talk to it?

I wanted to find information on my question, so I visited a website, and some file named CcRNEMIH.htm was downloaded (with a Firefox icon). I deleted it, scanned my computer, and found nothing. Then I visited the website again, and nothing else was downloaded. Then I checked my downloads folder and saw that under the file name, there was a resource called moz-safe-about. What could it have been?

I'm experiencing an issue where I cannot access the microphone allowance within my Firefox browser. They appear to be completely missing. My FireFox is completely new.

Could you please assist me with this? I've attached a screenshot to help illustrate what I'm not seeing and seeing on Google Translate. It doesn't even ask me if I can use it.

I have Ring Cameras that I can access from my computer. When I click on the microphone and try to talk, I get a message that says I must "turn on browser settings for sound". Where do I find that?

How can I activate my camera during a meeting on microsoft teams? I clicked the upper right camera icon in the teams toolbar during the meeting and it won;t turn on.
