good afternoon I am having issues with my Imac OS 10.15.7 Catalina. I am continuing have to put a new password every time i wane to use TVNZ+ on my imac and ipad. Please advise what i need to do? Regards John

The latest Firefox does not load programs that used to work with it. That is, this used to work:

and now locks up the page. It also fails on a daily trivia question. If I run under other browsers (e.g., Opera,) they work fine. This makes me think it's some setting in Firefox. I'm not sure, but I think this started after a Firefox update.

I'm running Win 10 (Home) with 32GB of memory on an i9-12900K running at 3.19GHz

I cannot display Amazon Deals properly that contain multiple he products. The home page and single products display normally. should be. A page with multiple products has large blank areas where the product should be. If I move the mouse over these spots, a soundless video will often display.

My clearing of the temporary cache files did not help. Stopping Ghostery doesn't help either. Other add-ons include Last Pass, Honey, Review Meta and Facebook Fences.

Help is appreciated.

Does YouTube not load for someone else as well? I just get an errors related with connection, tried both usual reload and forced reload. I get two different messages, deleted all the extensions that might block the website. Contacted the google support, they did not help, just said that problem might be in the Firefox itself. It works on other browsers though. Also tried it in a private browser, but to no avail.

I use to be able to integrate my excel calendar and my wife's. Entries were different colors and changes on my computer showed up on my Ipad. Now I have my calendar but I can't find hers. Does she need to make a change on her excel as well?

On Firefox browser, I cannot Copy a file in Studio Code Server (within Home Assistant). SCS is open in HA in a Firefox tab. I get the error popup "Unable to read from the browser's clipboard. Please make sure you have granted access for this website to read from the clipboard." "Learn More" links to https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/remote/codespaces#_how-do-i-allow-vs-code-to-access-my-clipboard-for-reading and the "How do I allow VS Code to access my clipboard for reading?" section. But I cannot find similar settings in Firefox's Settings menu.

Any suggestions please on how to resolve this? I'm sure I used ~ a year back to be able to Copy a file ok in VSCode on Firefox. Thank you.

While browsing youtube,i no longer find cast to tv icon in Firefox browser.Can you help me please,as after stroke my eye-sight is diminished.I was able to do it before,as i switched over Linux Mint 22 wilma,i am unable to find this cast icon.Thanks.

My YouTube homepage is blank when I visit using Firefox (see attached screenshot). Here is a list of all of the fixes I have tried:

-Disabling all extensions and turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection (at the same time) -Clearing cache -Clicking 'forget this site' on YouTube in my browser history -Restarting my PC/Firefox -Refreshing Firefox profile (this worked, but the issue returned after an hour) -Changing my system theme to light mode -Launching Firefox in troubleshoot mode -Logging in on an incognito window (with the same result) -Probably some other things I'm missing (I tried pretty much every result I could find from looking up 'YouTube homepage is blank' and 'YouTube homepage not loading).

The issue only occurs on Firefox and only after I log in to YouTube. This has never occurred before. I checked to make sure my Firefox and YouTube settings are the same as they've always been.

YouTube videos load fine as long as I paste the direct link into the URL bar, but ONLY the video (no comments, recommended videos, likes/dislikes, description, etc...) and I can't take it out of theatre mode nor fullscreen it (fullscreening it just removes the top bar of the browser--the video itself still has black bars on the sides).

Sometimes when I reload the page, I see the following at the end of the URL: &ThemeRefresh=1. I don't know if that means anything.

I am using the Firefox app on Windows 11. I am not using a VPN. This issue is specific to YouTube and YouTube only.

I am trying to upload my picture as an avatar in Gravatar. I keep getting an error message and it won't upload. I read the following message--Please note: If you encounter the error message, “WebGL is not supported or disabled in your browser,” please ensure that the necessary browser settings are enabled.

I'm wondering how I do that.

So I understand this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/xframe-neterror-page and the reason it exists, but I need to find a way to turn it off because it's literally blocking me from accessing the Library of Congress webpage inside the same browser for my job. It's not a malicious site, but I can't figure out how to tell Firefox to stop blocking it as if it was a malicious site.

Help.

After updating FF to v. 136.0 in Linux Mint 22.04, I noticed a problem with video playback in Facebook in some posts. A black screen appears with the message "Sorry, there were problems playing this video". The problem also occurs after disabling all plugins and deleting the user.js file from the profile. The problem does not occur after starting firefox in troubleshoot mode, but then hardware acceleration using the GPU does not work (Compositing: WebRender (Software)). For the past week now, every time I go to this link https://marketplace.secondlife.com/ , it is in another language. Usually Spanish or Portuguese and now and then French. I'm always having to translate. Even though my settings says English and i have no other options.

05/20/2025 twitch streams stopped working, image disappeared, sound is there. Also working videos that are on twitch, not streaming. In windows 10 everything works.

On Feb 13th I went to my website at MyHeritage.com, to which I'm always logged in, to find that a few seconds after it loads it becomes all greyed out and I can't access anything. I had been on the site a couple of weeks earlier with no problems.

I removed the "Enhanced Tracking Protection" and I turned off AdBlocker for the site but the problem persists. I have logged out and then logged in - same problem. I turned off my computer and restarted it - same problem.

When I went to log in to my account at MyHeritage using my Chrome browser I encountered the same problem of a greyed out page BUT there was a banner stating something about cookies and when I clicked the "I understand" button the greyed out page cleared and I was able to access my account.

However, Firefox is my default browser and I want to be able to access this page using Firefox. It seems to have something to do with cookies.

I got a Firefox update recently and have not been able to access Flickr since then. I am getting a message that the page is not redirecting correctly. I am attaching the error message. I am running with standard firefox protection. I have cleared cache and cookies. I have also added Flickr as an exception to Firefox enhanced privacy tracking. Firefox is up to date (version 134.0.1 (64 bit)). Anyone else having this issue or know the solution?
