I used Total Adblock on Firefox for a whole year successfully then suddenly Total Adblock did not work (even after I paid the yearly fee for that service). Then Total Adblock claimed Firefox would not allow/support Total Adblock, BUT WAS WORKING WITH MOZILLA TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. Is this true ?? When, if ever, will Firefox allow/support Total Adblock ? I HATE ADS +++ Please inform me re this issue ASAP. Many Many Thanks WIN

I am unable to sign into Costco.com using Firefox. I get an error message:

    "Bad Request - Header Field Too Long
    HTTP Error 400. A request header field is too long."

Turning off all extensions didn't help. Opening a private browsing window DID work. Using Chrome DID work.

Intermittently (maybe 1/20 times?), when I try to do a Google search from the URL bar I'll get a tab that doesn't load for about 30 seconds. If I search for the exact same thing in another tab it will load instantly, and if I select the url and press enter it will also load instantly. I am seeing this issue both when entering a search and when selecting text and clicking "Search Google for X".

I found a recommendation on a similar issue to set security.tls.enable_0rtt_data = false in about:config but I have seen no change with that setting.

For weeks now I have been unable to download pdf files that are either on the web or received as an attachment in an email. I get the message "Original file downloaded. Error:Could not contact server". When I look in the downloads in the top right hand side of firefox it shows the name of the document I tried to download and then "failed". When I look in the Windows Explorer download folder it is empty. I had been blaming "Zonealarm NextGen" but I just used Microsoft Edge and had no difficulty downloading both of the files (one from the web and one that was an attachment) that I could not download yesterday using Firefox. I hope there is a simple solution, as I hate to give up using Firefox. Appreciate any help. Thank you.

No videos appear at all on Teachable, just a blank space where video should be. I have allowed video and audio (video and audio work on many other sites). I have cleared my cache. I have to use a different browser to use this site. I have also noticed other sites that have the same problem.

I'm trying to set up 2FA on my account. I scan the QR code and the generated codes do not work. I've tried many times. Firefox is the ONLY account I have that does not work. Any ideas? Using Google Authenticator.

I'm really surprised and frustrated that I can't do this on Windows 10.

Whenever I try to go to the USA version of USA Today, I am redirected to the EU USAT homepage. How do I stop Firefox allowing this geographical redirect to happen?

I can go to xfinity email but when trying to access email it will say the service is not available right now. Before the latest firefox update I had no problem with accessing comcast email with Firefox. I can access email thru chrome without a problem. I have cleared cookies and cache but it made no difference. What do you think is going on. Thanks.

I have Firefox Sync enabled in my Firefox browser on a few computers. When I logged in to Firefox Sync initially, it did sync-up my new computer with all of the saved bookmarks and history. I am not sure if any of my logins were saved). When I go to websites and login, I am prompted with the dialog to save my credentials, and I say ok, save. But the logins are not remembered. And in my about:logins page shows "no logins found". I don't care about retrieving any old logins, I just want to be able to save new ones and get the default behavior of saving logins working again.

When I go to my church website, www.universalist.org, it automatically redirects to www.webhostking.net. How do I stop this? Both Chrome and Microsoft Edge block this redirect.

I Did the windows fresh installation on my laptop and then I installed the fresh firefox on my laptop. After that try to sign in my previous Firefox account and try to sync my bookmarks and everything. but sync is not working.

I try to do the force sync from the settings as well but that is still not sync my old bookmarks and saved things before I format my laptop.

Any Idea or workaround to get this sorted ?

I get no warning when auto updates begin installation. I get notified about 1/2 way through the process. The pc (Win 10 pro 64bit) slows to a crawl for 5-10 minutes, then the install finishes, & then it's another 5-10 minutes before the pc is usable.

I would really appreciate a "update is available" notification, which I would agree to at a convenient time. This is really getting to be problematic. Other browsers that do auto updates don't hose my pc.

hi!, so i downloaded a couple videos on mozilla, i saw them in my downloads but i didn't open them, now i delete them from mozilla and they were automatically deleted from dowloads and i can't find them in my recycle bin either.Is there a way to get them back?

Dear team, I request support to search and find my data syncronized in the mozilla firefox account, which has been lost unexpectedly and I don't know where it is. I am using ubuntu LTS 22, I have uninstalled the package and made a clean install, with the reason that all my browser data disappeared overnight, as if it was its first use, my session in the firefox account and all my data disappeared. After installing the clean copy, I opened my account to synchronize my data, bookmarks and history, themes and extensions, unfortunately none of this happened, I don't know where all my private data is, which I left available to synchronize and recover again, I request a copy of them to restore them and to return the flow through the synchronization function so that they appear again, contact me at this same email.
