Hi,

This a a problem with the interface of a website, its missing a lot of the sections of text and stuff. The first attachment is what it looks like on firefox, and the following one is on safari. I've tried disabling the security limitations on the site to no avail. I'm on Mac.

Hello all

My bluewin mail-account contains lots of "own" mailboxes on the server, where I used to move my sent or received mails to, in the case when I wanted to preserve them. However, these mailboxes do not appear within Thunderbird. There, I can see only the "standard" mailboxes like inbox, outbox, drafts, bin, etc.

What do I have to do to see these "own" mailboxes in within Thunderbird?

I open firefox and bing.com home page search pops up. not in theams and extensions to be removed. how do i get rid of this???

I am unable to use my bill pay with my bank using Firefox browser. However, I am able to use it logging on with Microsoft Edge. What has changed with Firefox recently? This has only become a problem as of today.

When trying to use one particular website on Firefox, I get a message that I am blocked because of an ad blocker but I have not turned on any ad blocker in Firefox. How do I find out if an ad blocker is enabled on my Firefox and, if so, how do I turn it off? I have ensured that the ad blocker option in settings is unchecked and even added this web site to permissions but to no avail. Can someone help? Here is the message I get but none of the steps in this message I am told to take show up on my screen:

Adblock Plus Instructions

   Click the AdBlock Plus icon in the extension bar.
   Beneath “Block ads on”, click the large blue toggle next to “This website”.
   Click refresh.

As noted by others about recently-prior versions of Firefox, version 129 ALSO fails to play videos (on Amazon Prime) at HD even though other browsers, Chrome and Edge as examples, work perfectly well. This problem MAY have started with a fairly recent version of Firefox (like 127 or 128). See the post right here by another user, earlier Firefox version, with the EXACT same problem:

It seems since the latest update to FireFox (129.0) I am no longer able to pick a search engine to use, I can click on DuckDuckGo or any other choice for a search and no search engine will come up?? Thank You for any help or suggestions.

Hello, PG&E just updated their webpage and it doesn't allow me to sign in. It informs me that Fire Fox isn't a compatible browser, all other websites are fine. It suggests Chrome as the preferred browser. We pay our utilities through their site and we enjoy Fire Fox.Can anyone help resolve this issue? Thanks

Hi, I get a message "No video with supported format and MIME type" when I try to watch movies on my website : https://www.spiriferminerals.com/product,25270,produkt.html The same movie works on Chrome but not on Firefox. Can you help ? Thanks ! Joanna

Hey, so I accidentally deleted a password on my pc in firefox, but on my phone its still "stored" but when I click on the password, it doesnt show it anymore.

is there a way to restore the password? without a backup or anything?

I'm having problems using Firefox in general. No websites will load properly except for the Firefox support site. It's not an internet issue because everything works fine when I use Google Chrome (I'm typing this from Chrome). I tried deleting my history and clearing caches/cookies but that didn't fix anything. I've included some screenshots of what I'm dealing with below.

I was wonder when the next browser update may be come as I would like to watch YouTube on Firefox again. As it has been over a month since the last update that made it so YouTube doesn't load the video anymore. (I have tried every suggestion online to correct this and nothing)
