Even though my laptop, tablet, phone and PC have the language settings set to English (GB) my Firefox across all platforms has changed from displaying English results to displaying results in French. I have gone through and changed all my language settings in and outside of the browser from English (Canada), to English (GB) to no avail. It still shows up in French. and I have had an French to English translator popping up when searching in Firefox. I can't see anywhere else to change the language. Everywhere I see, it says English (GB), but still displays French headings to the searchs. Any help will be great. Thanks.

Hi, This is Prabhat. yesterday i was working on google meet, and accidentally i clicked my screen sharing blocked. And now if i want to sharing my screen it's not coming, And allow button showing fade. Plz help me i went to solve in permission screen even there showing correct but still not working to show my screen button.

My tabs crash very often. 6+ times per session. This happens on YouTube and Amazon, and can happen with no site loaded, crashed when I went to about:crashes. This also happens in Troubleshoot Mode.

Firefox now asks for primary password every time it starts even if it is not needed to access a site with a saved password. Removing and resetting primary password does not fix the problem.

Hi, is there a way to disable, or even better, remove entirely, the Google translate bar that is shown on some pages? See attachment. The image is from the following page: https://support.plex.tv/articles/share-and-report/

I have tried to modify 'browser.translations' related settings in 'about:config' page, but no luck so far. If I open the same link in Edge, page is shown without the bar.

Using Win 11 + Firefox 129.0.1.

I don't know who at firefox doesn't understand the point of fullscreen, but the address bar continues to pop up when the mouse reaches the top of the screen and there is no setting to turn this off. It is a comically incompetent choice. No, the chrome folder or extensions don't work. Might just switch back to chrome as this is a pattern with firefox's choices.

When I'm on YouTube I can hear everything just fine. When I go to Chaturbate I have to turn the volume up to 100 and then I can only barely hear any audio. Can you help me fix this please? It might be something very basic that I'm missing, but how do I check volume settings for a specific website? Or is the problem something else? I appreciate any help you can give me. Firefox Version 129.0.1 64 bit Windows 11. When I am in a New Tab, and I do a search (Google is my search engine) the results do not display. I type in search words, I hit Enter, and the screen does a very quick blip, and then nothing. This is very frustrating. I have wasted too much time trying to figure it out. It does not do it all the time, but most of the time. This started with the latest Firefox update. Is this a Settings issue?

release 129.0.1 is not working right. This website: https://www.sofer.co.uk/alefbet is supposed to draw the Hebrew letters to show how to write them. It was working last night but is not working today. The page does not scroll down either. The website functions correctly in Chrome, so it is not a website issue. I'd prefer to use firefox for all my browsing rather than have to go to Chrome for this website. Thanks.

I want to use a fingerprint reader for login.gov and id.me but do not seem to be able to get my just added fingerprint reader to be usable by Firefox (129). It identifies in hardware as a CS9711Fingprint. Anyone have any input about this?

I am running Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy on my desktop. Problem does not appear in Windows 10.

I can click the search box and the list of search engines shows. I can change the default search engine in settings. Mouse over highlights the selections.

Clicking on one of the choices does nothing.

I think there have been 2 updates since the problem first appeared.

PS: There also appears to be an issue with js. Some functions on websites do not work although most of the scripts do work. In particular comments on comicskingdom.com do not work and the same with comments on seattletimes.com which apparently uses the same script. Both websites work on Windows 10.

When I try to edit & crop in Google Photos, I get the image artifacts as you can see in the image with lines and the image doesn't correct itself so it's impossible to edit well. If I save the image after all the lines are added, then reload it will show but then I have to start the crop over again to get both sides.

This works fine in Google Chrome, so there is some issue with the Firefox browser on my laptop. graphics: Intel Iris Xe Graphics 1920x1080 x 8bit 60.05 Hz refresh rate

What could be causing an issue on Firefox but not Chrome?
