The Firefox Browser crashed three four times last week. Mozzila Support team after study, gave a comment that RAM capacity is Low( 4 GB in my case , laptop). Does it sound OK? Why it does not happen with Chrome or Microsoft One edge Browser? I asked this to Google Gemini. I've recently discovered the free Mozilla Firefox VPN. I live in Canada and I use it in order to watch anime from a legal French site. However, a few days ago, the list of countries available when I click on « Select Location » was suddenly significantly reduced while I was watching an episode. Now, it only shows very few countries (South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Australia, the United States and Japan). France completely disappeared from the list. I tried to disconnect and reconnect from my account once, and it originally fixed the issue. But then I made the mistake of disconnecting and reconnecting it again (I don't remember why), and now the problem is back again, no matter what I do.

Could you please tell me what should I do in order to get the longer countries list back (and especially the French location)?

My Youtube video stutters every 6-10 seconds. When I turn off my HW acc off, this issue happened. Turning the HW acc on solve it, but the thing is if I have my HW acc on another problem came up, which is my Firefox will starts to blink. Anyone has a solution for this?

There must be some setting I accidentally engaged by hitting some kind of key combination but there are the contents of 2 separate tabs on the FF window. Maybe it's some new 'feature' they added but I right clicked on the tab and nothing looked like it applied to this. What is it and how can I make it stop? I just want each tab to have the contents for that site. If you know what's going on, maybe explain it simply and I'd also like to thank you.

After Firefox update on my win 11 laptop, I had to reset my Firefox custom homepage and all my search settings and all my security settings. This should not happen. I did not lose my bookmarks or anything else.

Yesterday, I could log into my credit union account with Firefox on my Win10 desktop; today, after a Firefox update, I can't. I switched to Chrome, and logged right in. Called the credit union and was told it was the new Firefox update. Can I switch back to the prior Firefox version? Thanks!

I am building a game that uses the canvas. Since the last update a lot of images are not displaying. I have always used Firefox to test the game and never had a problem. Test on other browsers have no problem. I have tried on localhost and on a live server. I have fingerprinting turned off.

After updating from Firefox 154 to 155.0 on Windows 11, the download progress indicator on the Windows taskbar icon no longer appears at all.

What I see: - While a download is in progress, only the circular progress on the in-window Downloads button is visible. - There is no progress bar/fill on the Firefox taskbar icon, even when the window is focused and the Downloads panel is open. - In Firefox 154 this taskbar progress worked. - Chrome on the same PC still shows download progress on the taskbar correctly.

I checked about:config for anything related to taskbar/download progress and found nothing that controls this.

Is the Windows taskbar download progress still expected to work in Firefox 155, or was it removed/changed? Has anyone else noticed this?

Lost my original FF profile when I created a new 2nd profile. Opened FF. clicked profile icon. in drop down menu, I clicked on " create new profile". Set color, skipped most of the rest,then "set default browser to Firefox" using the button in FF dialog box, NOt Windows settings. Found and clicked on box " choose profile at startup". CLosed all instances of FF. Opened FF, box saying choose profile does not show my original profile, only the new one.

Help? I need to get back to my original profile, and keep the new one as choice at startup. How do I do this?

i tryed all online steps to have it resolfed but still nothing
