Dear Firefox

Every few days the sidebar reappears.

I DO NOT WANT to use the AI chatbot.

Having tabs from other devices is all that useful to me. It feels like something that's just there to justify the AI chatbot bar existing.

I can access bookmarks and history from the toolbar. Don't need a new sidebar for that. They don't justify your stupid AI chatbot bar.

I DO NOT WANT TO USE YOUR AI CHATBOT. YOUR SIDEBAR IS LITERRALY NO DIFFERENT FROM A POP UP ADVERT. SO STOP HAVING IT POP UP AGAIN AND AGAIN.

when I click the mic it says enable microphone permissions but where I find that in firefox settings it needs to ask for permission I can't just enable it. So how do I get the mic to work for more chatbot?

I no longer have access to the primary account email. I went under "manage account" tried to make the secondary email my primary, Firefox sends verficiation code to my primary email. I do not have access to that email.

www.russellmoccasin.com won't load properly on any browser on my macbook pro running Mac OS 15.7.3. I don't have any browser extensions running, I've cleared my browser history, cookies, and cache. Still won't work. When I disabled javascript on safari and firefox, the website loaded perfectly. But I have to have JS running to use almost every other website on the internet, so what gives??

Firefox displays some search results in French. Microsoft Edge shows results only in English. Firefox settings are for English. Google settings are for English. How to fix Firefox or should I uninstall, then reinstall Firefox? Rick

I have installed an animated theme for my home page a while back, but recently if I minimize firefox the memory usage increases until it freezes my pc completely. I know this issue has been reported as Bug 1828587 2 years ago and it is said that it is fixed, but here I am experiencing the same thing. I would appreciate any help since I am not that good at coding a css file. Here is my userContent.css code if maybe i set something up wrong:

The second part is to make some of the text on my homepage white so it is visible.

I'm trying to setup 2fa on my account. It requires sending a code to my email which I then use to verify. These codes consistently are sent outside of the time window and as a result expired. I've added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts, and I've tried this on firefox desktop and firefox mobile on an iphone, and both produce the same results.

I'm on a gmail account and gmail flags these emails as suspicious despite being added as a contact, which likely means they are poorly formatted. Despite this flag, they are still sent to my inbox when they finally arrive.

This is incredibly frustrating as this is a service provided by basically every company and yet I have never seen it perform this poorly as it has with firefox.

Hi, ITVX is advising me yo update my browser but when I check Firefox it says it is up to date. As it is no browser, including Safari or Google Chrome seems to work. My computer is admittedly old (10.13.6) but should this mean that the browsers no longer work? Thank you in advance

Hi. I'd like to know that there is a way to stop download torrent files and just let my torrent client /qbittorrent/ handle it. Even after i set it to open them with qbittorrent Firefox still downloads those files. I mean can delete them manually, but it is quite annoying.

I'm having a problem with Firefox when opening PDF files. The electronic signature appears inaccurately, making it difficult to complete tasks using that signature. Please improve the quality of the simple electronic signature and make it more accurate so I can finish my remaining work.

I recently got a large (30") 4k monitor because I have been having trouble reading text. But Firefox has become practically unusable.

Some sites display with giant text, and I have to press ctrl-minus several times to fit them on the screen.

Meanwhile, the text in the Bookmarks bar, tabs, and URL window are unreadably small.

I tried about:config and layout.css.devPixelsPerPx, which currently seems to have a NEGATIVE value of -1.5. Per directions, I changed it to 1.5. NOTHING. NO CHANGE.

Then I found an endless series of possible fixes, all involving similarly opaque and obscure and user-unfriendly steps.

I might have to abandon Firefox, after all these years, over this. Anybody got a simple fix?

(I now see that I'm actually having the same problem in Windows Explorer, so maybe that's where I need to go to fix this.)

I'm using Windows 11 with the latest version of Firefox.

A few days ago I went to addictinggames.com and had no problem playing several games. Today I went there and every game I tried I received the following error "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

Then I went to the site using Microsoft Edge and had no problems, every game I tried worked fine.

In Firefox I disabled both Adblocker Ultimate and Ghostery (My only extensions). Before I went to the site I deleted cookies and Temporary Internet Files and I still got the same error. Any ideas?

How can I control which languages are default in the translate tab module thing?

It always comes up with "Translate from Spanish, To English". And I have to manually choose every time, which takes up time.

I wish to have it defaulted as "Dutch -> English". I've already se the setting to "Always offer to translate" and "Always translate dutch", but I still have to do it manually sometimes.

I have lost all bookmarks on a new laptop. Recently added C Cleaner and did a scan. That may have caused the problem. But, now I cannot recover the bookmarks, nor can I save new bookmarks. The version of Firefox on my android phone has the bookmarks. I can see them. But, I do not see a way to sync the devices and import the data to my laptop.

Please advise.
