items dragged to overflow menu pop back out, will not stay there - dunno how to fix this.

Hate the "puzzle piece." Involuntarily upgraded to 115.25.0esr and it lost all my bookmarks, addons, history. How do I know which profile was the most recent, before the update added a new profile? How do I find my addons from the previous version? history?

Yahho search is on my home screen but not on my app list. I suspect malware. I use Bitdefender free for antivirus and scans sho no problem. I read that yahoo search can be hacked.What can I do

As of 7/10/2025, Xfinity Streaming does not open through Firefox. I much prefer Firefox to any other browser so I am a little mystified as to why all of a sudden Xfinity Streaming does not open. I receive my Comcast email through FireFox but when it comes to streaming content, the Xfinity logo just sits there and does not open.

German language pack not available :( manually downloaded verisons of german Language pack are incompatible.

I just transferred my data from an old computer with Windows 10 and now have Windows 11 on my new computer with a new version of firefox as my browser. How do I restore my bookmarks?

I have attached an image of the setting panel that used to have options for the home screen of Firefox. There are no wallpapers to choose from and the Home screen is barren.

Since I updated to Firefox 141.02 I have not been able to play videos on Paramount+ or Netflix. I get an error on the top that says the Widevine plugin has crashed on both streaming services. I have checked that the plugin is on and there are no updates. I am on Ubuntu 24.04. Video on YouTube plays as normal

Hi, I'm using Firefox 142 on Ubuntu 24.04. It's a fresh install. I cannot sign in icloud.com with Firefox even though it works with other browsers like Brave. I deleted all cookies and site data and disabled extensions (KeePassXC). It doesn't help. I tried in new private window. No success. I copy my password from a password manager, so, no, I haven't mistyped it.

Here's what I do:

1. Open Firefox and go to icloud.com
2. Click on the "Sign In" button
3. Enter my Apple-ID and click on the arrow on the right end of the "Email or Phone Number" field

At this point Brave behaves differently than Firefox. See below for how Brave behaves.

Firefox: -> A "Password" field appears (no buttons "Continue with Password" and "Sign in with Passkey")

1. Enter my password and click on the arrow on the right end of the "Password" field

-> Error message "Failed to verify your identity. Try again" appears. See icloud.png

Brave: -> Two buttons "Continue with Password" and "Sign in with Passkey" appear. See icloud-with-brave.png

1. Click on button "Continue with Password"

-> A "Password" field appears.

1. Enter my password and click on the arrow on the right end of the "Password" field

-> 2FA code is sent to my iPhone -> "Two-Factor Authentication" form opens... etc. complete sign in successfully

Unfortunately I cannot attach the HAR file from the login sequence because the password is included. However, I attached some screenshots from the Web Developer Tools. It seems to me that the login flow with Firefox is broken. I can't tell who's to blame, Apple of Firefox. The error message with Firefox is always the same, no matter whether I enter the correct password or rubbish. In Brave, however, there is a more precise error message when I enter a bad password. Although I have successfully logged in many times, I get an error message today: An error occurred during a connection to b2clogin.firstenergycorp.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

SEVERAL SITES THAT I USE ARE NOT LOADING CORRECTLY WITH MY CURRENT AD BLOCKER. WHEN I DISABLE THE AD BLOCKER THE SITES LOAD NORMALLY. I AM NOW USING A DIFFERENT BROWSER UNTIL A SOLUTION IS FOUND.

I've gone through the various troubleshooting options over the last month or so and Firefox is still crashing constantly for me, even in Troubleshooting mode. The tabs crash when I'm using a Google Doc, YouTube, Discord, doesn't matter the site; I've submitted about 20 crash reports this morning alone and failed to submit several more:

For some reason Firefox remembered my phone number and is now trying to use it as a login when I attempt to login or register in any service. I've checked my saved passwords and autofill data, but I cannot find it, there's only usernames and passwords, and I have no saved autofill data, no phone number. Where can I look for it to remove it?

I’m experiencing an issue where I cannot use ChatGPT-5 in Firefox. When I log in and try to select or use GPT-5, nothing loads or functions properly. Other models like GPT-3.5 work normally, but GPT-5 does not respond.

I’ve already tried refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies, and even disabling extensions — but the problem persists. Could this be a compatibility issue with Firefox? Any advice or support would be appreciated.

After I enter the email and password for Gemini account, Firefox requires my verification by entering passkey. I use the Authy 2factor system as security to enter the account. I did not set up a passkey for Gemini account. I did set up a passkey on Firefox for a different account with a different email. Does that passkey work for multiple accounts??. This does not seem very secure as all someone would need to enter my accounts is my pin, which would not be too difficult to discover.

I have Firefox installed on three Windows Desktop Computers. On one, I just cannot delete Bookmarks, no matter what suggestions I try. Verify Integrity of the database produced no results. I do not, for a variety of reasons, sync bookmarks (or anything else) between the three installations. Experienced user that has spent far too long on what should be a simple issue.

I have Verizon FIOS and have been able to receive cable channels on my laptop until recently. Now I cannot access them without a sign-in which leads to some sort of error that I don't understand. Any help?
