Since Firefox installed the most recent update May 9th, update 113.0 (20230504192738), whenever I play a video full screen from any websites including YouTube, news sites, basically anything streaming a video, the video itself is not 100% full screen as it was prior to the update yesterday. The video expands to the top of the screen, but the two side and lower borders do not expand fully and the website underneath can be seen on these sides. I attached a random YouTube video screenshot and a news channel video with dark borders to show what is happening. Again this is on all websites with video and full-screen options, not just YouTube, and this was not happening prior to the recent update 113.0 being installed last night on my computer. I've tried the previous fixes like clearing the cache, etc., and it seems to be a bug in the recent update since this did not happen prior to last night's update installation. I played the same videos in the Chrome browser and the issues are NOT present, and the videos expand to cover the entire screen as normal. Does anyone have a fix or can a fix be requested? For some sites, it gives correct english password. But for a personal site, my password is shown as encrypted, which i have not encrypted. The password is shown, but i could not understand why it shows as encrypted with alpha numerical numbers. how do i turn that to english and keep this as a password. I have never supplied encrypted characters. please give me solution . Does the firefox auto encrypt why it is not user friendly then

When I open my MSN home page, there is no sign-in showing. I have 'Keep Me Signed in' selected but occasionally I do need to sign in again or I want to sign out to sign in to another account, which is not an issue. Now, no sign-in. A few notes. When I open Outlook to view E-mail, my E-mail IS available & I can now sign in to my other E-mail account from there. When I open MSN in my tablet, MSN sign in is available. Tablet not using Firefox, so I thought this may be a Firefox issue. Let me know any thoughts. Great Thanks, Lee

When I choose Full Screen mode on any website, it doesn't cover the entire screen, there's always space on the left, right and below. There's no problem with other browsers, only Firefox. It started happening since the last update. Stretching manually doesn't work. Win 7.

Is it possible to make a link open a new tab with "Find in Page" automatically enabled so that people do not have to ctrl-F or click on "edit" to have the search open (as many people do not even know that option is there !!!) ?

The printing quality is very bad when print from Firefox. It seems quality dpi< 150 although I changed print.default_dpi to 600 or 1200 but nothing happens. If I switch to "Save to PDF", quality will good. So I believe this problems come from the Firefox printing setting. When I print from another browser or another application such as Word, Excel, this problem never come. I also browse some topic about this problems and it seem no answer can be used. So is anyone here having the same problem as me? If yes, how can you resolve it? Please help to advise me. Thank you very much.

The last time I updated Firefox it forgot my open tabs and browsing history. I never want to update Firefox again so how do I disable this annoying popup about a new version? If I cannot eliminate this I will change to another browser.

I will be moving all of my data to a new laptop and want to know if I need to have both my personal Firefox profile and the "default-release" profile backed up. The "default" one is over 3GB and has over 20k files in it, and my personal one is only 113 MB with 1300 files — and my thumb drive needs all the extra space it can get. (Why would the "default-release" profile be so much larger than my personal one?)

The old laptop runs on Windows and the new one will have the Linux OS. Will that make a difference in using a backed up Firefox profile? I mean, will the data still work in the new OS?

Currently, my tab preview only show the top of the page, not in the exact position I am currently on in that page! This has made it difficult to track my whereabout!

Can anything be done about this!
