1. Have you tried to move bookmarks from a folder to another or tried to create new folders since the update 84.0.1?

I can't move bookmarks for example from "Other Bookmarks" to "Bookmarks Menu" and I can't create new folders since the update 84.0.1. Nothing happens. Occasionally something happens, but when I restart Firefox, every changes have gone! This is weird. New folders are gone and bookmarks are where they use to be!

2. The "Other Bookmarks" folder is really annoying. What other bookmarks? Why you people decided behalf of me what folders do I need? If I wanted a folder "Other bookmarks", I would created it myself. That's also why I tried to move bookmarks from "Other Bookmarks" to "Bookmarks Menu" but nothing happens.

3. Now some people have decided that they put the Other Bookmarks folder to the Bookmarks Toolbar! Now the Other Bookmarks folder is in two places at the same time! Are you crazy? And I can't even move bookmarks from the Other Bookmarks folder.

4. I did this:

"Try to set browser.toolbars.bookmarks.2h2020 = false + restart."

That will remove the Other Bookmarks folder from the Bookmarks Menu but I still can't move bookmarks or create new folders because of the update 84.0.1?

Since Firefox 79, newer versions have an approximately 1 mm white edge on both sides and at the bottom of the screen with which the mouse does not work. Would there be any solutions to get rid of those edges?

Why has Firefox stopped streaming CBS all access? It works using Microsoft Edge, or on the App on a tablet. I've changed all the recommended settings, but no luck for over a month now. I've tried on two separate laptops, and it will work on neither. What is it I should be doing? I'm using an updated version. I like to stream through a certain laptop that I have to use Firefox on or I wouldn't mind so much as I can stream through other servers so I know it's not the internet speed as the CBS tech guys implied it was. I just get a continuous white circle when I try to stream. I think that's all the pertinent information I can think of. I hope you can help.

Hello, if websites are secured with captcha, I allways get the request to upgrade my browser to the current version. But I've installed the current version from firefox with all updates

What can I do?

When I upgraded to Firefox 83, I discovered that the screenshot function, which previously appeared with a simple right click, had disappeared. I did some reading, and have tried the 'page actions' drop-down' menu, and the 'about:config' modification, but neither, frankly, did a thing. So, what gives? And why me? instead of, say, you? And, oh yeah, a solution would be cool, too...

Firefox blocks a bank account. Bank says it is not their fault. Bank account can be accessed using a different browser. Bank account can also be accessed using Firefox on another computer. Tried to refresh Firefox and gained access to the bank account but it worked only once or twice before Firefox went back to blocking it.

Whenever I launch Firefox my Graphics Drivers temporarily stop working. I get a balloon message on the taskbar, saying they are not working, then screen reloads and after third prompt all is then good to go and I can start browsing.

This has just recently started. I have uninstalled and then re installed, no difference.

It is rather annoying. I have version 83.0

Not sure why this page deleted my question while trying to share data but I'll start again.

I'm getting Malwarebyte alerts from something in firefox.exe, it's called restoro. It's not a program that's in my control panel so I can't delete it. It was quarantined but seconds later it was trying again. I included an image of the last scan done Nov. 28. I've deleted firefox before but it came back when I installed again. Is it something that firefox is supposed to have or is it some trojan that's latched onto firefox?

after discovering the windows sysinternalssuite,.. i've noticed google is keeping like 50 or so pipes running in the background, AFTER i've closed chrome,.. but interestingly, WHILE having firefox open - is there any kind of software i can install in firefox to prevent google from doing whatever it is they're doing,.. presumably sending to themselves illegally, what i'm searching for when using firefox!!

How do I get Firefox programme to stop with its nuisance of PopUpBox always asking to save login and passwords? I have issues with seizures and pop ups are triggering. How do I get this in your latest version to stop?

Am not computer savvy, but know just enough to get by with performing most routine desktop usage tasks .. I am running Windows 8 on a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop which uses Intel's built in HD graphics 2500.

Up until Firefox update 82.0.2, I had no issues with Firefox whatsoever. Applying the update to 83.0 resulted in numerous error messages along the lines that my display driver had stopped responding (but successfully recovered).

While glancing through some of the event error logs, as best I recall having seen, at least one made a reference that Firefox could not access the graphics card (or something to that effect).

I then opted to perform a system restore and rolled back my system to where I was once again using Firefox update 82.0.2 successfully and without issues. FYI, I am using the last intel display driver available for my Dell, so updating my display driver isn't an option.

Unless and until others report a similar issue, guess I will continue using Firefox as updated to 82.0.2 and not downloading any further updates. Any comments would be appreciated.

I just upgraded to Firefox 79.0, and now the scrollbars on outlook.com are narrow with no scroll buttons. I fixed this problem long ago by setting layout.css.scrollbar-width.enabled to false. It's still set, but now the scrollbars are back to being narrow.
