When trying to access the Princess Cruise website I just keep getting a blank page. Princess says I need to remove extensions. I have read and read and to be honest I am totally confused. Please help.

I have been using Firefox for many years and I was satisfied with this browser. For the last 2-3 weeks I have had a constant message that reads

I did everything, I deleted, I enabled cookies, cleared cache, but the next day the same message is repeated again. I'm tired of it because I have to retype my passwords every day and I'm close to permanently using MS Edge which serves me perfectly fine. Please give me the correct instructions on what to do to get Firefox to load my email normally again or I'm really going to quit Firefox forever.

Sometimes when I click on a stored bookmark all I get is a white page and no info.? when this happens I right click on the firefox icon in the taskbar and go to a new private window and after that I can get to the bookmarked site. wondering why this happens at times. I am using windows 10 for now but am planning to build another computer with windows 11 in the future.

I have a problem trying to get the app PC Express past the sign in. The app is part of the yourindependentgrocer.ca app. I have used Firefox, Chrome and Edge and have encountered the same problem. I use Proton for my e-mail and I have used all their apps for my computer. I recently changed the start up app from judymk@protonmail.com to judymk@pm.me. I don't think this is a problem as Proton says the app should not care what protocol is used as it translates the same regardless of what app is used. I would appreciate any help with this.

What changed to prevent youtube from working? It worked for as long as I have had your browser and two days ago... all of a sudden it doesn't... just freezes. I've done what you suggested... it didn't work I installed an extension yesterday and it worked yesterday... Now today... not working even with extension

I use Firefox and Chrome to access Jigsaw Planet. Firefox will not let me move a puzzle from one album to another. Screen turns gray. It will also not let me change to full-screen. Screen turns black. I have no problem doing either in Chrome. Dell Desktop PC - Windows 11

Hello. I have a question about Firefox. I shut down my PC and turned it on two hours later, but Firefox is still displaying page layouts properly, images on pages aren't displaying, and the screen remains blank even when I load a page from a bookmark. How can I fix this? This is the first time I've seen this happen, whether I've restarted or shut down and restarted.

I’ve been testing a simple online click counter to track clicks and sometimes test my clicking speed. The tool works fine most of the time, but in Firefox I noticed that after refreshing the page the counter occasionally keeps the previous number instead of resetting to 0.

I’m not sure if it’s related to Firefox caching or local storage behavior. Has anyone experienced something similar with web tools that store values in the browser?

Would clearing cache or disabling something fix it, or could it be a Firefox-specific issue?

On a certain bank site when making payments you go through the process setting them up and then when you go to confirm payment the banks screen goes grey. I use the same format for other banks. help please.
