Just recently I changed my privacy settings to take advantage of the privacy opt-out option for websites not to share my data or information. I went to my AMX credit card account and now every time I move to a new page the message, "Your Global Privacy Control opt-out signal has been honored" pops up and gets in the way of the information on the page. I am constantly having to click on the X in the corner to close the message box. Once would be enough for each main website. Having it pop up every time is absolutely annoying. I like having this option but if it's going to make me have to close the informational box every time I move to a new page or back to a former page, then I will have to undo the choice. The web designer who put this message text into the Firefox browser needs to find a way to only have it pop up once if they feel it is really necessary to tell me that they are blocking information from other companies. I really don't even need the first message just as long as it works behind the scenes. I hope someone gets web support to look into this issue. It's just so annoying.

normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

I'm really stumped and confused why this would be, but, I'm unable to sign in to my account on one of my devices, though I can access it from other devices.

I have a work computer and a personal computer. I want to have a profile on my personal computer signed into a an account I share on my work computer so I can easily access tabs and history across my these to devices that's separate from my main firefox account attached to my personal email. Got the profile signed in on my personal computer, went to sign in on my work computer and got a message "unexpected error." I attempted to disable the extensions and clear cache at the advice of one thread I saw from years ago but I really have had a heard time finding anyone with this issue at all.

Anyway, any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

How do I revert back to the previous version of Firefox?

Youtube not working after most recent update, computer fans get stuck on, Firefox wont shut down, have to end task to get computer fans to shut off.

Whoever did the last update is working for the occult to destroy our computers and silence and isolate us.

Please help me get logged in to my YouTube Premium account on my Firefox browser. For a long time it's been working fine on Firefox n ow today I get some kind of error message when I try to log in.

Is there somebody to answer my questions please? For a first site, it is impossible to have the PDF document when clicking the button. For a second, when I click to the "buy tickets" button, it doesn't work. What's wrong with the Firefox navigator????????????? Thank you.

When I start an email using the FF browser I'll type the address correctly but the text on the screen is gibberish. See attached photo. When I move the cursor to the subject line, the gibberish turns to plain text.

I can't copy it so I took a photo and attached it. I deleted Firefox and then reinstalled it. This did not fix the problem.

How do I fix this problem?

For about two weeks, most of the pages/websites that I use that require logins/passwords will not load (or take an extremely long time to load--like an hour or more). Gmail and sports stats app are okay...banking, credit cards, social media, online shopping are NOT. Websites that do NOT require a login (local news, The Weather Channel, my city website) have no trouble loading at all.

I have made no changes to my computer since about February. I'm running Windows 11 (up-to-date), and Firefox says that it is also up-to-date.

I am only experiencing this problem on my desktop (but that is my device of choice) and not on my laptops or smartphone.

Hello, Thanks for taking your time to help me with an internet page problem. The pages load but when using the cursor to select an option, I must reload the page using the circle with an arrow icon almost every time. Never happened before and it's annoying. The AI Chatbot bar is seriously useful, I tip my hat to whoever implemented this gem. However, Whenever the sidebar is not wide enough, the chatbot appears to think it's rendering on a mobile device, so the "return" key simply inserts a newline instead of sending the message. I _imagine_ this must be related to the website, but i'm wondering if there are any workarounds? just being able to hit enter in the AI chatbot sidebar instead of click the send button would improve my workflow immensely

When I go to YouTube to watch videos the Vid's always stop after a short time. The refresh page and back buttons do not work and neither does the ability to click on any links on the page. I have to close the tab and start again. The issues still occur on new tabs. Eventually I have to close FireFox altogether but when I try to open FireFox again it does not work or takes a few minutes and sometimes the message Firefox is still running. At times I have had the sound of the videos, when they do play, from YouTube still playing even when the browser is closed.
