I once had a Firefox Sync account under the email [redacted] @outlook.com that I no longer can get into because of the loss of the MFA device and the recovery codes. I now use a different Firefox account under [redacted] @outlook.com. However, I did have a yearly subscription to Mozilla VPN tied to the old account that I need canceled ASAP. Are you all able to go in and cancel it for me?

Title says it all, "auto resize pictures using CTRL - + does not work". Generally speaking, the size of pictures simply WILL NOT reduce in size to view its entirety. Even when the scroll-bars are used the picture is still to wide. I have searched and asked for any setting in about_config, NOTHING! I truly expected something. The ONLY STUPID WAY to view said oversize picture is Download it then view. Isn't that a HACKERS DREAM??? YES I HAVE tried looking in SETTINGS and searched for months, found nothing that actually works. So now I have to use that 4-LETTER word... HELP!

I use Firefox in Windows 11, but when I close it and reopen it, my three open tabs are gone, it is supposed to open them, as checked in settings. I see the same thing happening in the MacOs, but no answers for Windows either.

Hi, when in tracking protection settings, the difference between major and minor page corrections checkbox choices isn't explained. A referral url info button would help alleviate. After moving to a new Windows 11 laptop and copying programs from the old laptop with PCmover, I seem to have two versions of Firefox that look different. If I start Firefox from the Start, Programs, it looks like it did on my old laptop. It has the correct extensions and all my correct settings and bookmarks. It is Firefox Developers edition 1.45.0b9, which I’ve used for years. I want this.

But there seems to be a new, second version that looks different and does not show my extensions or bookmarks. It is Firefox Windows MSIX 1.0. This is the version that now acts as my default browser when I click on a link in an email. I don’t want this but I’m not sure how to fix this problem.

In setting up default apps in Windows, it only gives me one Firefox choice. I have no way to choose between the two shown above.

I go to various websites, in this case https://go.valcom.com/EZ-GW1Rezipinstallationmanual (as well as other pages on this same site) and when I try to look at a manual or specs in pdf format, I get a blank screen and the URL looks like the go. and everything after the .com are grayed out. These work fine in Edge and Chrome. This also happens in Troubleshoot mode. No hardware or software changes on my desktop.

Since Firefox just added profiles, the app icon on my Mac now has a little heart on it to show which profile I'm using? But I'm the only one who uses this computer, so I don't need the profile icon. It just makes me think I have a notification every time I scroll over the dock. How do I remove this from the icon?

I enjoyed the functionality of the sports widget during the world cup. Are there any plans to make it useful for other sports? is there some kind of API to mess around with to build your own firefox homescreen widgets? I'd love to see MLB schedules/scores/updates populated on the new tab page.
