When I scroll down to look at recent posts on Facebook groups I follow all but the top one has suddenly lost its date/time – I just get a blank where the details would usually be and have to hover over to reveal the details. The silly thing is that this only happens when I sign in and it doesn’t happen when I use chrome – although I prefer using Firefox, not least because the bookmarks sidebar is better. I have tried getting rid of all extensions and running in troubleshoot mode but without success. Any help/advice would be appreciated (as long as it is not about football!)

Not sure if its right topical, but when doing stuff online that include javascript, occasionaly when it will give the error 'Error: TypeError: WebGL2RenderingContext.texImage2D: Argument 9 can't be an ArrayBuffer or an ArrayBufferView larger than 2 GB (see JavaScript console for details)', is there a way to give it more or is it script specific? Cant find any help on the forums out there so hoping this will help

Suddenly i keep getting this error code. After trying things like refreshing Firefox, using No Proxy option and still getting this error. I dont know what to do, except for changing the browser.

Since some days I can't upload or download anything using Firefox. Right-click on an image and click "download" - nothing happens. Right-click on a web page and click "Save Page as" - nothing happens. Try to upload a file to DropBox or Google Drive - no popup appears, no error message, no response whatsoever. Opening the downloads list in the browser and trying to open the folders where I had previously downloaded things (when downloading was still working) also has no effect - the folder does not open on the desktop.

So apparently the problem is some kind of broken interaction between Firefox and Ubuntu (Nautilus?)

Downloading and uploading works normally with wget and Chromium.

Steps already tried: - Resetting all browser data - Refreshing the browser - Activating troubleshooting mode

I just followed prompts to load new Firefox. I can use open tabs but cannot go anyplace new without the tab crashing. I am writing this from Microsoft Edge! I have Windows 10 and see nothing about an S version so assume I don't have it on. I have had little problem with Firefox for years until now. Am not a techie and am in my 70's. Help!

I have started having with receiving the message "We can’t connect to the server at". This is really bad as I do a search and then can not reach the sight.

Firefox is completely non-functioning. My home page won't load, animations don't work, downloads don't work, menu buttons don't work, and most pages display blank. I tried booting in safe mode to refresh, and restarted my computer, both to no avail.

I am having problems with video playback on some websites (see screenshot attached). The problem is that the video options start to "multiply" - for example, when I start the video there is (as is normal) one 'Speed' and one 'Quality' button, but then every second these buttons start to multiply. This happens only on some websites - for example, it does not happen with normal videos on YouTube, although it happens on YouTube Shorts sometimes.

This is my first question on the Mozilla Support page, I thank you in advance for your help and I hope I follow the community guidelines. Please feel free to leave any suggestions or feedback concerning how I should proceed for asking for help in the future.

I've had 2 Green Screens this morning already.

Etrade website, and that website only, loads normally but then freezes. Other sites are fine and Etrade works fine with Edge. Windows 11 latest update. I've tried clearing cache and cookies to no avail.

Since yesterday on Facebook I can't see the time a post was written like I always had and like it happensa for example on Chrome, does this is happening to others?

For a long time now, Santander seems unable to create web pages that work properly with Firefox. When I am logged in I do not see the 'Chat with us' tab, but in Chrome and Edge it is there.

Could some kind person help Santander and show them how to code to accept Firefox log-ins properly?
