Hello, Since a couple of days that I can't drag and drop files from download list window in Firefox anymore. Can anyone help me on this one? Thank you so much in advance.

Firefox on my Mac updated today automatically, and I noticed all my bookmarks are gone. The bookmarks toolbar is there, all of the folders are there, but they are empty. I went to bookmarks - restore and they did not appear after restoring the backup from a month ago. These bookmarks marked several websites I'd collected through years of study. Could someone please help me recover these?

I recently had to have my iMac restored and lost the version of the FireFox that I was using. It opened with the BBC news filling the screen. Is it possible to do this with the latest version? I lost Bookmarks to??

How can I fix this? No idea what it is talking about and can load on Safari fine. I could load www.jimmchughphotographs.com fine on Firefox a little while ago. Just noticed the blank screen on my computer tonight. Is it Firefox, my computer, how to fix. How can I fix Firefox so that I can log into my account with CareCredit, mysynchrony.com or carecredit.com? I keep getting an error message. I can log in fine using Safari but I prefer Firefox. Thanks.

Please let me know what I can do to make Firefox more functional on my Mac. If I keep having to uninstall and reinstall every few weeks, I'm going to have to use a different browser.

When Firefox automatically updated to 109.1 tonight, I lost all my saved passwords and bookmarks. The bookmarks aren't in a file under 'Restore' in 'Manage Bookmarks' (but I had saved them so I got most of them back). But I can't get my passwords. What happened?

Since the update a few days ago, Firefox is crashing and some sites such as Trust Pilot, do not work at all on Firefox. I know it is Firefox because it works fine with Chrome. Even Google Search does not work right.

What is the problem?

Yahoo Mail will no longer allow me to get to their site without I put them in both Tracking Protection Exception and Cookie Exception. Is there a way to stop them from this? I'm on a Mac Mini (2018) Intel. I have my "Settings" in "Privacy & Security" set to - Custom: Cross-Site Tracking Cookies and Isolate other Cookies. I have had it set this way or similar with Yahoo Mail and all other sites for probably over 15 years.

Hi Firefox team,

I searched online about TLS 1.0 support history events. Looks like Firefox previously (around year of 2020) stopped supporting TLS 1.0, but later re-enable it to support some goverment TLS 1.0 website for COVID reason.

We now have a website(based TLS 1.0). That site is no longer available on Chrome, but it's still available on latest Firefox version by today(Mar 21, 2023). I'd like to know do you have a plan to officially stop supporting TLS 1.0 website again without exception? If so, when will it happen?

autofill for credit card not longer available. I had it for some time, but within the last week or two, it disappeared, and there is no longer an option under privacy/security settings in the browser.

I have a new Macbook Air with OS ventura installed, two-finger trackpad scrolling is not working with Firefox. It works with Safari and other programs. I'd love to figure out the problem.

I can't drag a downloaded file from Firefox to my desktop on a mac. It used to work and now it doesn't. I've searched and searched and searched to find an answer and nothing has resulted in fixing the problem. I don't seem to have any add ons installed that I can see of unless they are hiding somewhere.

The one killer feature Safari on a Mac has that keeps me from fully embracing Firefox is its integration with Messages for two factor security codes sent via text. In Safari, you don't have to jump over to Messages to copy and comeback to paste the code into the field. A box drops down under the field you can click on to autofill the code right there on the webpage.

Does Firefox have this ability somewhere or are there plans to add it soon? I seem to have read that Apple allows third party apps to add this integration since Big Sur.

Hi,

I am unable to drag an image that is downloaded onto my desktop. I am using a Mac with the latest version of the Firefox browser. I see a circle with an slash through it when I try dragging an image onto my desktop.

A few of my extensions are not showing up in my toolbar at the left top of the window -- specifically, my Evernote extension. It is turned ON in my "Settings" area, but not showing up in the toolbar.

This is a Mac Studio, 2022.

I also have two other Macbook Pros. The extensions show up on my Firefox browsers there.
