When following a link from a news website I keep getting this message - Secure Connection Failed - The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. It loads on my iPhone and other browsers using the same link. What setting do I need to address to get this to stop?

So, I tried to delete that post, but it blocked the category of Science completely, so I had to unblock it.

But my point is, Why if I do not want to see this post about Seniors getting bathroom upgrades and I try to delete it does it make an entire category go away? I am sorry, but this is just goofy (trying to be polite here).

This is simply Not about Science whatsoever, that Seniors are getting bathroom upgrades if they live in these zip codes! Also this Same thing has been posted Multiple times in other Categories! Again, this post typically has Zero to do with the Category that it was posted in! I mean Zero Relevance or, more accurately, actually Less than Zero.

So, in the past, I was able to get rid of a post, but now, if I try, it blocks whatever category that the Ad was posted in! What?

Is this now the price of having Firefox? That I have to have postings that I can not either block or delete? Really?

Please explain and tell me why I can not target an individual ad from being posted. Thanks for your time. John D

What have you done to Firefox ,so many issues it makes me sad that the best browser in the world has been wrecked. After 2+ decades of using this app I am not sure if I can keep using this blotted app any more. This is not a swiss army knife stop making it "MORE" and just work on making it a great browser. I'm so sad :( for what you have done to it. Uses way too much of the computers resources I might as well be mining for bitcoin with the amount of resources it is using. I know you all will not change anything and that makes me sad.

I use WhatsApp web with Firefox 151.0.3 on a Macbook Air. In WhatsApp web, you should be able to emoji over a message sent by someone else. One clicks on the smile icon at the side of the message, the emoji pallet appear above and select one of a handful of emojis. Since a recent update, the pallet no longer opens. It's just white space, the cursor does not change allowing you to pick one of the emojis. See screenshot. Is there a fix for this please?

The electricity here went out briefly. My I-Mac shut down. When the electricity came back on, the bookmarks were gone. And also, now I cannot bookmark anything-cannot initiate a new bookmark

When clicking on the shield for some sites the clear cookies and site data is grayed out. Any one know why this is happening?

I can still do this for an individual site by going through the Setttings->Privacy and security->Manage browsing data

Clicking allow acts like a snooze button 4 minutes later I got same warning again. Tried to clear google's cache (also all data). After (I guess) 4, 5 update issue still remains. I'm pretty sure there are lots of same question about this but I've checked community and reddit but no real answer so?

bold textFirefox does not allow porting of bookmarks from one profile to another!!!!@!!!!!!!!! I can copy bookmarks to an external drive, but then how am I supposed to get them into another profile when the folder is the same as the one I copied--there is only one folder under library/application support etc. so doing it manually doesn't work; new profile gets error message, as account only allowed on 1 profile so Sync doesn't work.

Within the past few weeks clicking links in emails in Outlook (Version 16.109.1) for Mac fails to open a tab in Firefox. Is this a known issue with either Outlook or Firefox? Perhaps something that happened in an update to one or the other that can be changed back to allow email links to open tabs?

When I opened my Firefox browser this morning, all of my bookmarks were gone, the ones in the bookmark menu and the ones on the toolbar. I am unable to get any bookmark to save.

Hi, I'm in Canada and have Firefox fully updated and yet I cannot see the free VPN Icon in the upper right corner of the browser. I have checked the article on why it may not be there, but I am not a part of the studes nor enterprise issues. Furthermore I have signed out and signed back into Firefox. Any idea why I cannot access this feature?

I used the UK location to access BBC Sounds but it advised that I was out of the area (UK). I note that the URL becomes https://www.bbc.com/audio (the international alternative) in stead of https://www.bbc.com/Sounds (the domestic alternative). This prevents me from accessing the radio channels that I am seeking, namely Radios 3, 4 and 4Xtra and iPlayer.
