I've been using Firefox for a few years now and it's always been reliable until this year. This year, everything got difficult, in that right now Firefox is (as best as I can put it) over zealous when it comes to blocking content. I can't log into my Spotify account, when I'm on social media sites, it always blocks links to YouTube, and today really annoyed me because now I've been booted off Google Docs. I've changed my settings countless times to allow cookies on these sites, I've cleared my cookies and cache, I've restarted my laptop and nothing has changed. It's so frustrating because I really love Firefox but I can't use functions I use on the daily. Can anyone help me?

Mozilla Firefox constantly not responding. I have been unable to access any of my sites, as the browser doesn't seem to be working. Very frustrating. How can I refresh Firefox to reset it??

Why does the Bilibili website not display the corresponding screen when I try to move to it? Speed playback cannot be used at all, and there’s also the issue of not being able to use fullscreen on Firefox. Are you forcing me to use another browser?

You guys do an update. Suddenly I can't open any sites. Top of the tab, a little set of dots go side to side foreverrrrrr. Do not, I repeat, do not ask me, "are you doing this, or are you doing that"......that's not a solution.

It's bad enough I have to use another browser to read FOX NEWS, cause your page refreshes non-stop.....

Oh and I used clear history, and my sites all want me to relog back in. Again, do not tell me to unclick cookies and stuff....

Since adding the recent updates for Mozilla my Bookmarks menu which was on the left side is gone. Using F10 or Ctrl does not work. Please tell me how to get it back to the left side of the screen

Today my Firefox browser updated & all my bookmarks have disappeared. In place of my Bookmark toolbar is just "For quick access, placeyour bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks(link). The bookmarks side bar is empty. I've followed the instructions to try to recover them but the page(Goes there from the "Manage Bookmarks" link) they send me to has no functionality. Whatever I enter goes nowhere, whatever I select. I've tried several different routes from the support/help pages to resolve but always end up at this dumb page. How do I get my bookmarks back when the tools to do so don't seem to want to work?

When i upgraded Firefox my old profile doesn't show up now. I found my old profile under about:profiles but when i click on the Launch profile in new browser i get this message, "You've launched an older version of Firefox. Using an older version of Firefox can corrupt bookmarks and browsing history already saved to an existing Firefox profile. To protect your information, create a new profile for this installation of Firefox" I did create a new profile but how do i get my old saved data, add ons etc to the new profile?
