Bigpond email Inbox failed 28/4/25, apparently due to Bigpond outage. Outage has been fixed, but no new emails received in Inbox since 28/4/25, although can access through Telstra Webmail, but very difficult and, with my minimal technical skills, am unable to access attachments through that link. Need to reinstate normal Inbox.

I have Firefox ver. 138.0.1. Since this update I can't find a way to open my bookmarks on the sidebar and keep it there. I can open it by going to View-Sidebar-Bookmarks. But I have to do this every time I sign into my Firefox. I like working with my bookmarks open on the left side all the time. I am sincerely hoping the update did not do away with that feature.

Since the last Firefox update (138.0.1 64-bit Windows), the On-screen touch keyboard continually pops up even though I am simply touching icons (in YouTube), menus or whatever. (Using my Dell Latitude 5290 2-in-1 as a tablet - no keyboard attached) This is extremely annoying. The same problem has been reported in a Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/1kb6zjo/onscreen_keyboard_keeps_popping_up_with_latest/ I've tried turning off the on-screen keyboard in Windows Settings, and I've tried settings in Firefox Settings. The problem doesn't happen when using Edge, so it is a Firefox issue. It also doesn't happen if I have the physical keyboard attached. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with version 2009, OS build 19045.5737. I'm running AVG Business Internet Security.

I’m having an issue with the Firefox browser regarding the menu bar feature. Every time I press the ALT key on my keyboard, the menu bar appears above the tabs (as shown in the photo). Is there a way to change the ALT key behavior so that the menu bar does not appear when I press it, or to assign a different key for that function?

Ever since the beginning of March, my earthlink email no longer functions on my Firefox 48.0.2 via my Macintosh 10.6.8 laptop. Instead, I get the following message....

YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT SECURE The owner of support.mozilla.org has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

Also..... YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT SECURE The owner of accounts.earthlink.net has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

What gives? I didn't have ANY issues prior to May 1.

- "Ctrl + T", to 
- "Ctrl + Q".

How can I implement this change ?

I have to stay on 134.0b7 where If I type anything in bar, follwoed by Command + Return opens new tab with whatever I asked for.

On new version, this is working with Option key, but it makes no sense.

If I click on a link holding Command key, it opens page in new tab.

Please revert this, to keep consistent with Command key.
