I've asked about this before but got no help Firefox is my browser of choice. Occasionally, I find in necessary to use Chrome.

The vast majority of time, when are both are active at the same time, one or both crash, like today. Firefox closed abruptly, then the crash report appeared. I have the crash report. Chrome froze up, and had to be shut down in Task Manager.

It only occurs in this scenario. Rarely does Firefox crash otherwise.

Can someone please advise where to go to get help?

Why am I receiving repeated warnings from Malwarebytes about blocking every-day websites due to a "Trojan"? The sites include Gmail, Ancestry.com, Newspapers.com and others.

The report warnings are being generated by the Malwarebytes program on my PC. They are confusing to me. I am running Windows 11. The warnings are being logged by the Malwarebytes program in the "Web Protection" section of its "Detection History" web page. In every instance, the log reports are the same: in the URL identification column there is no identification of the URL, only repeated instances of "N/A"; the IP address is identical for all the warnings; the port is always "0"; the file column alternates from "C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Mozilla VPN\Mozilla VPN.exe" to "System" and back again to "C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Mozilla VPN\Mozilla VPN.exe"; in the final column of the log, the Date column, the warnings began last evening, Monday the 12th, at 6:50 p.m. and have now extended to to a total nine warnings.

Even as I was writing this communication, the Malwarebytes warning popped up on my screen, telling me that this website and this web page are blocked due to the presence of a Trojan.

Is my PC infected? The Malwarebytes "scan" reports no "detections." I am at a loss.

I want to edit a PDF with firefox. The PDF has two different address lines. When I put in one address it automatically copies it into the other line. But I the two addresses I have to put in are different. But when I edit one the other does the same. What can I do?

My Quickbooks online account is running ridiculously slow in Firefox. I have exhausted all avenues to troubleshoot with the Quickbooks team. Their advice was to switch browser to Chrome which did resolve the issue however I do not want to use Chrome. Can you offer me a solution of how I can effectively use Quickbooks without delay while still using Firefox?

Tabs can take up a lot of space, 1-2 gigabytes if you don't watch. That really slows down the browser. Seems to me that merging tabs will, if you aren't careful, seriously slow the computer. Comments?

IME toggle not working in youtube chat on Firefox, even in troubleshoot mode. It works in all other applications including Chrome browser yet I prefer using Firefox so hope issue can be solved.

All the theme changers do not work. Are they malfunctioning? Not updated to the current version of Firefox? The themes worked on older versions of Firefox. Can this version be corrected for Firefox? Thank you!

When using Firefox, websites take long to open. However, when I use Chrome for the same sites they open quickly. I have cleared cache and have an updated version of Firefox. No extensions except Adobe, Trend Micro

Today, I have tried to get into my Outlook e-mail. I usually use Firefox to get into it. But I tried, but the system kept giving me the attached error message - internal service error 500. Strange thing about this was, when I tried to get into my e-mail using my phone, it worked. I then used the library computer, and that worked, too. I tried my laptop again, but this time went into the DuckDuckGo browser. It worked with this.

I therefore assume that the Firefox browser may be the problem.

Can anybody suggest a workaround? Have attached a screenshot of the problem, and the error message that I get, Marek Wesolowski

Firefox blocks a web site citing out of date reference. I go to certificate manager to overide, but am told firefox determines site to be legitimate and therefore will not overide. I am totally frustrated and confused!

I'm a therapist and within the last week (maybe since an update?) when I try to do a telehealth session from any website - Ensora Mental Health (my EHR), Simple Practice, Sessions by Psychology Today, Google Meet, Zoom - the client can see me but can't hear me, and I can hear them but can't see them (black screen).

I've checked all video and microphone permissions, Microsoft and all drivers are updated and mic and camera are functioning (they can see me). I tried changing the enhanced tracking to add exceptions for the sites (didn't work).

Please advise.

I only have two emoticons available to use: "like: blue thumbs up" and "love: red heart." There used to be several more available, but they have disappeared. How can they be reinstated?
