Firefox won't sync anything since a while back, maybe since two months back, I am unable to force sync. Clearing cashe, uninstalling the app, relogging both phone and pc, neither of these syncs bookmarks across the devices. I am able to send tabs in-between the devices. Biggest issue is I can't save bookmarks on one device and expect them to be available on my other device Nokia 7.2

I recently refreshed Firefox. When I re-opened the program, I was logged out. I successfully logged back in, but despite saying I'm "synced", none of my settings (themes, passwords, bookmarks, etc.) are showing up, even after waiting 30 minutes. Typically sync has taken a few seconds for me. FYI, this is on my work computer and I don't have administrator access, so I would prefer a solution (if possible) that does not require an uninstallation or installation (which I cannot do without contacting an administrator). Hello, I reinstalled win 10 on my pc and Wien i logged back into my account sync is working but no passwords, adds, bookmarks are loaded, so I have the most important question, what am I supposed to do? Thanks

Hi! I recently lost my old laptop and I'm trying to setup my new laptop without a backup. I was logged into my mozilla account on my old browser before I lost it, but I'm not seeing any of my old tabs, bookmarks, and extensions from my old browser syncing to my new browser. Is there anything I can do to retrieve this data without having access to my old laptop? Thank to anyone who can help!

I recently reset my laptop, when I logged into my mozilla account on my firefox, it is hasn't synced my passwords, hisotry, bookmarks and extensions. The sync is on, I've eevn tried to manually initiate sync. Did not work.

so i signed into my firefox account on a new computer and every time i hit the sync now button it brings a pop up for half a second then it disappears and no changes happen to my bookmarks or any of my other synced data.looked through the forums could not find anything that was even similar to my problem

what happened:

1: my pc is broken, then I got new system and hdd. 2: I download firefox and login. 3: Press Sync now and nothing happen.

Hello, when I first switched from google chrome to Firefox I could not figure out how to create one browser with two profiles like I had with chrome. So I went to about:profiles and created two separate browsers not realizing you all had an option to create two profiles under one browser. I finally figured out how to have to profiles under one browser by going here https://www.tech2geek.net/how-to-use-the-new-updated-profile-manager-in-firefox-2025/#google_vignette but I can not figure out how to sync the google chrome profile that I had previously to this new profile under the same browser. How do I sync this? I hit sync and nothing changed. I am signed in and I can not figure out how to get the browser profile to sync with this new profile under one browser. I really hate how Firefox named both of these Profiles because it is extremely hard to explain this situation.

I recently recovered my Lenovo laptop and when I sign in my Mozilla account again, nothing happens - no bookmarks, passwords, history etc. are imported. I'm not sure if it's important to mention, but I had to recover my password, in order to sign in after the recovery of my laptop.

When I look at the history of my account, it looks as if it starts on the day I recovered my laptop. I am, however, pretty sure that I use the right sign-in e-mail address.

Is there any way I (or someone from the Mozilla support?) could search with my IP address or the name of my device to find out in which account any history appears prior to the day of my recovery?

Any help would be very much appreciated as I have lost a very big amount of data...

I installed firefox on other PC and I logged in with my account. Despite having synchronization for passwords, bookmarks, etc., I can't sync my data on my new PC. Why is that?

I recently installed a fresh copy of Windows 11 and then installed the latest version of the Firefox browser. However, when I try to sign in to my Firefox account, it does not sync any of my data. My bookmarks, passwords, browsing history, and other synced items are not appearing.

I have tried clicking the "Sync Now" button, but nothing happens. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can recover my data.

I made sure to sign in and hit sync on my browser prior to moving over to my new computer. I've logged in on my new computer and manually hit the sync button but my passwords and bookmarks are not populating.

I had saved a lot of passwords and bookmarks to my account but as you can see, after I signed in, I cant see any of mentioned above. Kindly support for re-access of my bookmarks and saved passwords.
