I am receiving messages from my banks that my browser is no longer supported or that I should update my browser but my settings mean Firefox automatically updates. However, I cannot read PDF statements even though I have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and, on further investigation, I see that Firefox no longer supports Adobe Reader. I am a fierce supporter of Firefox but does this mean I have to use another browser?

Videos don't play on some sites. CNN. MSNBC. Etc. Everything is on the screen - image, script gets underlined when mouse passes over - but there's no arrow when I pass over the image. What gives? I've tried everything I can think of. HELP!

Back on May 12, 2026 I received an email message saying that my credit card failed to pay for my apple icloud storage. I just saw this message and I want to set up another method of payment to apple for my icloud storage, but I don't know how to accomplish this. Please tell me what I should do.

Firefox 115.37Oesr 64-bit (latest version for MacOS Mojave. Missouri dnr Geostrat get message Creating Map Failed. It worked fin about 2 weeks ago. What changes have taken place causing the site not to load?

For Windows 10 Edge and Firefox same message until both had updates today July 9 2026. What code changes were made causing it?

Bank Accounts: I can no longer access my Bank accnts online. My Bank says they no longer support my current version (ESR) & I must upgrade in order to access accnts online. Don't know what to do.

Hi! I want to download the "Photoshow" add on. I can't because it says "Download the new Firefox and get the extension". When I check for updates it for Firefox it says I'm all updated. When I click the "download new firefox" I get the message "Your download was interrupted. But all is not lost." I really want this add-on. Is there another way to get it or to solve my problem? Bought a new Macbook Pro with 26.6.2 and need to transfer all bookmarks from old Macbook Pro 10.14.6, I tried exporting the profile from the old Macbook but it did not work.

when i try to access my Fidelity investments and Centennial banking accounts with correct username and password the screen goes into an endless loop or says "try again later. After calling helpdesks on both these accounts they say it's a Browser problem.
