There are four alternative options in the dropdown for Enhanced Tracking Protection>Cookies:

1. 1. Cross-site and social media trackers
2. 2. Cookies from unvisited web sites
3. 3. All third party cookies
4. 4. All cookies

My question: Are these listed in order of scope, meaning more powerful and comprehensive options as one reads down the list? If "yes", then: What types of cookies are further blocked by going from #1 above to #2? What types of cookies are further blocked by going from #2 to #3? What types of cookies are further blocked by going from #3 to #4? Answers to the above would be helpful in deciding which level of blocking to choose.

Hello, I have used I.E. for about 2 decades, and in I.E., it was very easy to deletes my browsing history and cookies and website dats etc by simply clicking Internet Options/Delete. In Firefox, I cannot find such options. Thanks for your help! Larry

In my Cookies and Site Data, under "last used" it says there's a whole bunch of cookies being accessed every time I launch Firefox. Even if I launch Firefox with no open tabs, cookies are still being accessed when I launch.

I find this deeply disturbing! Cookies surely should not be able to activate until you start visiting websites?

Can anyone please explain how and why are these cookies being accessed?

i have multi-devices,all set up the same. Sync is on. Does clearing cookies and site data on one device sync across all others and clear all? Does sync share "all" between devices? jeff

I am not keen on saving all login information to the master password. Firefox update never did this to me, until yesterday on 03/12/20, it did. Is there a way to prevent this from happening again, or is resistance futile?

as increase volume of cache in browser I have constantly written that cache just 1 GB. watch movies online, the cache remains 1GB and the movies start to pritormazhivanija (hang). how to increase volume?

I am using `Firefox 73.0.1 (64-bit)` Windows7.

`document.cookie = "name=value"` can't add new cookie in Firefox for this site `https://httpbin.org/cookies` but Chrome does.

I tried with latest Firefox installation with MacOS, it neither add a new cookie.

I have consciously transitioned from Chrome to FF for Privacy reasons, but find myself with a problem now. When i close the browser i have set it to delete all the cookies. I want however to make exceptions for certain sites like i did with Chrome so that when i go back to LinkedIn or YouTube i don't have to go through the 2-step login process which is quite annoying if you have to do that multiple times per day as you can imagine. not having been able to find a definite answer on how to do that (yes, i did read multiple support articles) i turn to you to for help Is there a whitelist option to handle exceptions per domain for deleting cookies?

My location in eBay keeps changing. It doesn't matter how many times I change it just resets to an old postcode. I removed this address from my eBay account, and I've cleared cookies in Mozilla but it keeps resetting. I've tried signing out of my Mozilla account and reinstalling Mozilla but it is still doing it. I'm pretty sure that Mozilla has stored the address somewhere but I have no idea how to get rid of it. It's been like this for two years now.

Every single time I open Firefox once more, all my website get logged off somehow, even though it says that there are cookies stored. Not much else to put in the table when I am clueless myself.

I have been using a website where I've inputted data, Zip/Post codes & this has been stored for future use. But recently I "Cleared History, Cookies/cache, & as expected the stored data was deleted. But now I go into the same web site, enter the Zip/Post code data & it is not stored I'm using F.Fox version 71.0 What is the problem/solution?

I want to see exactly what cookies a particular site has set. I'm sure there used to be a way in earlier versions of FF (I'm on 70.0.1), but it seems to have disappeared. I don't want to delete all cookies from that site, just to examine them and if necessary delete them individually.

Firefox is constantly logging me out of webpages even while I am on the page. For example, if I'm in gmail I will login and 2 minutes later it will log me out, even if I'm on the same page. The same happens with many other websites. I've been watching a YouTube video and been logged out halfway through the video too. For Salesforce I have to receive confirmation emails to confirm that I am the right person logging into the account. I've tried other solutions on these forums but nothing seems to work. I have my cookies to save and use custom settings for my history. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Every time I close FF it sign me out from all profiles, delete all pinned "top sites" and closes all the tabs. I just see blank browser like I just installed it, BUT my FF account is still signed in. What to do? Pls help

When I highlight the offending item and click 'remove selected' it disappears. 'Save changes' takes me to the confirmation page, but the cookies are not there and clicking 'confirm' achieves nothing. Next time I look the same item is back again. Any thoughts on what it might be, and how I can kill it?

If you look at the attached image you can easily see what my problem is. Because I can't make exceptions for various websites those websites will remain broken unless I change the Global settings for cookies... which makes the Exceptions - Content Blocking UI redundant.

Oh I guess I should throw in a question. Is there a way to manually add websites to the exception list? Through some convoluted user unfriendly configuration file or some such?

it show massage "The page isn’t redirecting properly" every I try download file from my google drive. I search solution in mozilla support and lot of them sugest to delete cookies cause cookies corrupt or like that. but still same not solved.
