every time i clear cache and history this is what i see in words with frind not it has not always done that seems ince the nest Firefox update it does it I hav eanother problem when shut dw nte computer and restart Mozlla hangs and will not load could it be my home page I use xfinity

 whay doe it   hang and take forever to  load  at start up

I cannot understand why I cannot go to the payment place on saldentures it just won't let me it just keeps saying that the shipping does not go to that destination when I know it does BECAUSE I have brought dentures off saldentures before can you help me

In settings, Start-up, I have the box checked for: "open previous windows and tabs" but it doesn't work. In order to do my work I need the 23 tabs I currently have open to show up again after a reboot of the browser or computer. What gives? How long will it take to get this corrected? I tried to reply to you yesterday from the help site on FF, however on the last word, I misspelled that word, I attempted to correct it, it should have been easy enough because it was the last letter on the last word, I put my curser at the end of the last word and as I tried remove that letter, BOOM, the whole message disappeared. Hopefully it was sent but I haven’t heard a response yet so I’m assuming the message went into lala-land. Are you saying that your previous session isn't restored [Yes, none of the tabs were restored. Also, under the history tab, the “recently closed tabs” were grayed out so that menu command was useless.] or are you looking for the menu command to restore the previous session? Also, every time I reboot FF or my Computer, none of the previous tabs are restored. If the former, are you exiting before restarting your computer or shutting down? You should do that and you should use the exit command (either in the menu or the keyboard shortcut). I suggest you also allow enough time for the process to finish before restarting the computer or shutting down. Can you help me with this? What is the fix for this issue?

Every time I run browser it messages me that downloaded file contains a virus or malware, even I deleted the file long time ago. I tried Ctrl+J "Remove from history", "Clear downloads" and Organize/Delete that entry - Nothing helps. Its deleting, but when I run Firefox its appears again and again. This bug is terrible annoying, please fix it.

When 'Clear Now,' Cached Web Content; is clicked, it does not zero out. (It used to clear completely).

The browser webpage has been refreshed, the browser closed and reopened, and the computer restarted but the cache does not reset.

This issue started on the morning (Pacific time) of June 26-Is this a known glitch or am I missing a detail?

If I downloaded a picture. from Save a link as. And no. Save image as.

But the image goes down in my file.  png.  To the personal computer.  

In a standard photo gallery.

This means that the image was saved on my computer without a link from the Internet. 
And she will be with me permanently.

Or she's still on the link from online.  And when as it is link be deleted from the Internet.
this images will be deleted by my gallery.  Just opened for see in photo gallery pc.

 an important question.  Because I kept a lot of pictures like that.
