Apologies if I'm repeating a previous request - couldn't tell if it was submitted.

I'm running Windows 10. While changing the startup screen somehow an image I thought was deleted appeared and now is frozen, apparently on top of a Firefox window. I've rebooted, restarted and followed the Windows help suggestions with no success. Right now I don't know whether this is a Firefox or Windows problem. I updated Firefox today to the newest version before this happened.

Any help will be appreciated. I can open new Firefox windows.

Unlike opening a regular new window or even just opening a new private browsing tab in an existing window, when I open a private browsing window, the address bar isn't auto-selected. I know I can use 'Ctrl+L' to select it but that's not a habit I've been able to train yet, and doing so would be much more frustrating than just using firefox in a more intuitive way. How can I change this? Is there anything that can be done? I can't find any relevant setting when digging into the 'about:config' section, nor in any of the regular app settings.

Windows 10. Have used Firefox for years with no problem. Out of the blue, when Firefox is invoked, it comes up, but the screen dims after a few seconds, an the hourglass appears and Firefox freezes at that point. I have to use Task Manager to close it. I tried uninstall and that failed. Then I manually deleted the Firexfox program files. When I tried to install the program from Firefox, that failed as well with a window that pops and says there was a problem. Then the install window freezes (!) and again I have to resort to Task Manager to stop the program. What to do to get Firefox running again? Thanks. Bob Ochsman ochsman@gmail.com

When i open https://provider.transporteg.com/ this website and login in the portal this is not showing the bidding running time and processing time . please solve this.

ever time i watch something i will go to pause it and noting will happen and if hover over a video and preview it won`t stop until i close the tab how do i turn this off?

I'm a user of Mozilla, it's my main browser. I use it for everything and especially for Youtube. But, recently, some changes have appeared and not for better. I don't know why or if it's only me. The thing is Youtube is not like the real site but something else and so i lose options or settings. I don't have anymore the mutiple screen size options. There's a button that says "watch this on Youtube" while i'm litteraly on Youtube.. And now i want to watch a video with a age restriction and it'tells me i have to be connected to Youtube while i'm connected.

Can someone answer me about this or make it noticed by Mozilla employees ?

Hello. I am not familiar with this end to end encryption that Facebook now does for Messenger but now when I try to use Video Calling/Chat it tells me it is not supported by my browser, Firefox. I have never had any problems with it before. Is there a fix? Thanks

Every other browser works fine. This one stopped dead on Win10 and Android9. It wont stream even in safe and my Android has no add ons

When I open my emails, I get an automatic default to email REPLY. I cannot open my emails for reading and attachments. Also, I no longer get the time of the email listed. How do I restore my settings?

I'd like to know if there is a way to remove firefox relay from the context menu, as per screenshot. I really like the relay icon on the email fields, but I don't want it to show on the context menu and I found no such option on the relay extension. Is there a solution to this?

My display is too big now and I lose parts of webpages in the "edges"? Search bar when I first sign on shows 120%. How do I get back to 100%? Please no technical jargon. If I can't fix this,will have to quit using Firefox.

Windows 10, fully updated with the latest firefox version. Email program is MS Outlook through my employer. Email notifications are overwhelmingly loud if the global volume is sufficient for viewing content. Playing with the volume mixer doesn't help. I have searched for solutions online, and every suggested fix entails features or options that are not available on my system. Please provide complete instructions for Windows 10. Please respond to lanzcc@potsdam.edu

SECOND PROBLEM

Submit button on page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form never succeeds.

As you can see in the attached image the highlight is coming out grey instead of blue, which is what is showing when I select 'save screenshot'. It used to be this error happened maybe one in 20 times and it was annoying because I am making these screenshots for use in youtube videos and it becomes unreadable, but now it is every single screenshot even after doing it dozens of times and with different pages.

Whenever I m visiting to my website I m facing an issue like getting a horizontal black line near the scroll bar, it is coming up when I make my browser window responsive to the resolution of 1920 X 1080 and when the zoom level is decreased to 90%, 80% & 67%.

This issue I m not facing in other browsers like chrome, edge.

I Cannot make Firefox my default Browser,(Windows 10) If I go into Apps & it Shows (IN BLACK) that Firefox is my default Browser & then go into Firefox,it shows that Firefox is NOT MY DEFAULT Browser I Have Totally Deleted Firefox & Clean the Registry of Firefox before install a new Version I Also have a Laptop (windows 10) & it works perfectly So On my Desktop,I Went into Users/Local & Delete Firefox & also went into Local Low & also Raming & deleted all firefox & then I went into my Laptop & Copied all Firefox Data from each of Local,Local Low & Roaming & Pasted thenm into each of the Local,Local low & Roaming BUT IT STILL WILL NOT Allow me to Have Firefault as Default I have Microsoft Personal come into my Computer & he COULD NOT make it my Default either I need somebody which is very KNOWABLE to REply PLEASE ASSIST Thank You Darryl

When I see a highlight reference to browser settings: Java Script enabled; otherwise Firefox wont operate properly. How to know Java Script is not enabled (vice-versa). I'm not sure that I have seen a switch Or toggle to know JS is On/Off

Few days ago I started to have issues with Zoom Meeting recordings playback. When I open the video it clocks but doesn't start playing. I never had this issue before. Zoom support cannot replicate this issue. They say everything works for them.

I cleared cache and history, restarted my computer but that didn't do anything for me - video still clocks. Playback works fine on Chrome. Somehow playback on Firefox stopped working for me. I am using the latest version.

Please help
