All of a sudden, when I hover over a tab, a small window of the web site that tab is in, appears. Never happened before.

I did go into Performance Options - Visual Effects and unchecked "enable peek," but it didn't work.

How do I stop these windows from appearing?

I am going to switch OS soon, with open core patcher.. I alreasdy lost 2 years of bookmarks 5 months ago, I can't have it happen again.. What is the easiest way to save my book marks for new OS / COMP?

When I use Google Meet, after 2-3 meetings, I can't join another one unless I restart Firefox completely. This has happened frequently.

Just now, I couldn't have my laptop unlock with facial recognition because the camera was "in use". There was no other use of the camera, than Google Meet run in Firefox.

I'd like some support for being able to fix this myself without restarting the browser, or, to submit this as a bug to get fixed in the software.

Since Mozilla Firefox web browser v127.0 (released June 11 2024) the manual installation of the Adobe Acrobat Pro extension (the adobe_acrobat-1.0-windows.xpi file) do not work anymore!  :disappointed_face:

So, when you go in any higher version of Mozilla Firefox web browser then v126.0.1 (released May 28, 2024) to this web browser Menu Bar -> Tools -> Add-ons and Themes -> Extensions -> Install Add-on From File..., and then try to manually import-install the Adobe Acrobat Pro extension (the adobe_acrobat-1.0-windows.xpi file) into the Mozilla Firefox web browser, and from this HDD location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Browser\WCFirefoxExtn\WebExtn\signed_extn\adobe_acrobat-1.0-windows.xpi

The Mozilla Firefox web browser will say during this .xpi file installation: "This add on could not be installed because it appears to be corrupt"!  :disappointed_face:

However, in any Mozilla Firefox web browser version prior v127.0 (released June 11 2024), this manual import-installation of the adobe_acrobat-1.0-windows.xpi file will be most successfully installed in a Mozilla Firefox web browser without any problem!

Firefox won't connect to this site I just updated it to the newest version. It works on edge, chrome. It says The page isn’t redirecting properly

I do not want this new feature where a small preview window pops up on the tabs as you hover over them. So where is the feature to turn it off? There isn't one? Why not? I do not want this!

I use TD Easyweb to access my bank information. No matter what changes I make to Firefox settings nearly every page prompts me to 'Manage online experience' and if I go to manage the 'experience' Performance and Targetting are on. I always set them to off but the prompt keeps coming back. I used the same page with Chrome and Edge. Chrome didn't prompt at all. Edge prompted but then seemed to remember my response. This suggests that the issue is with Friefox

Greetings. I have Windows 10 and Firefox for my browser. Has worked very well for many years but now I have a problem with Google search. Normally when I do search on Google and get the results I can click on a link and it will open in a new window(tab). 3 days ago I noticed that when I clicked on the link after search the site would open in the existing window. I checked my settings in Firefox and they appear to the untrained eye to be normal. I did go to the settings in Google and noticed that the "open results in a new window" was disabled. I enabled the option (no save function was available) and did a search again. This time it worked as I had hoped opening in a new window. This worked for a few hours and then once again noticed the problem. I went back to the Google settings and once again it was disabled. I enabled it and then worked fine. It continues to disable this function to open results in a new window after a few searches. Not sure if this problem is with Google or Firefox. I apologize for the length of this question but am trying to provide as much info as possible. I very much would appreciate any assistance regarding this .. Thank you

My Firefox has apparently lost Unicode support for Arabic, but only for Arabic: Persian letters (which AFAIK use the same alphabet!) display just fine. The attached screenshots show the problem via Wiktionary excerpts. Note that while the Arabic text appears only as boxes, the Persian, Azerbaijani, Ottoman Turkish, etc. texts all work just fine. It's clearly not a problem with encoding more generally -- languages as rare as Old Persian, Avestan, and the IPA appear normally. For some reason it's only Arabic that's broken.

What's going on here? How can I fix it?

I am trying to re-enable sofascore notifications but in permission panel just seems cookies not notification permissions. I tried to forgot site and delete cookies but it didn't work. How can i solve this?

How can I remove monitor, relay, mozilla vpn from the Account drop down menu. See attached example.

The ONLY reason anyone goes further down this menu is to get to the other tabs on other devices. These things, on especially my super small laptop screen, only get in the way.

Any way to stop showing these in this menu?

Why isn't GoodSearch listed as a default search option? It's available on Chrome and Edge, which are obviously inferior browsers, but they get the search options right. Why can't YOU???????

I reinstalled windows 10 and this is my second laptop that microsoft seems to have locked the sound use on any other browser than microsoft edge, sound works perfectly on microsoft edge but will not work on any other browser, has anybody else had this issue, i have contacted Mozilla before but nobody answers. thankyou

I have signed into my Firefox account on my parents computer in order to see my bookmarks & have saved passwords, etc easily found, signed into & used. Sync is off but after I sign out bookmarks & password still on this computer. I don't want to remove these bookmarks & passwords from my Firefox account on my home desktop or my phone - just from this one computer. Research I found say a Firefox account not for this "function" - but now that I've done it is there NO way to remove it & not have to start from scratch & thus lose all the saved data, extensions, etc.???

As you can see from the screenshot i provided and as you can read from subject of this very annoying issue Firefox new 130 update has changed my URL bar and now stuff are missing to the point that links to Outlook and some other stuff that were in address bar URL because i wanted them there and now they place has been taken by namely foxovizija.blogspot.com and watchonlyfoolsandhorses.com and ajax.nl/shop just because i watched few episodes of fools and horses on that link same goes for foxovizija and browsed some items in ajax fan shop! I WANT DOES LINK GONE FROM MY URL so i can put links that i want to be in there and FF 130 address bar being populated by only the links i want to be there and stay that way! and one more thing i want to get rid of that ugly search with google thing because i don't even use google,further more once all of a sudden in FF 130 MY BROWSER IS MANAGED BY MY ORGANIZATION ? That was never there before this update ,so with all that has been said and screenshot as proof i beg you and plea on your kindness and knowledge to give me guidance how to fix this URL thing first,then how to remove THIS BROWSER IS MANAGED BY YOUR ORGANIZATION and last but not least how to block further FF updates because every new update is worse then the next and just keep pushing the whole browser down the drain ! I would like to have different default search engines for the URL bar and the search bar. For example have a query typed in the URL bar use DuckDuckGo by default. But a query in the search bar use Google by default. I am aware that it's possible to use shortcut strings, use alt+arrows to cycle through the options, or select a different search engine from the icons. I'd like to be able to set them differently without any of that.
