I use an iMac and Macbook Pro. Autofill that used to work is no longer working on both of these when I go to USPS.com and sign up for updates on packages. It use to fill in my name on the top line and on the bottom line, it would fill in my email.

What can I do to get this feature back? It stopped working around the beginning of 2025.

Using Google Voice became unusable. Firefox too slow. Had been running just fine up till maybe a month ago when I finally gave in and allowed Firefox to update. Not knowing if it was a Windows or other issue I stupidly did a Windows reset and lost all my installed programs (including Firefox). I did a fresh install of Firefox and manually reentered passwords and bookmarks.

Ran fine for a day or two and is now again unusable. Cleared cache and appears to work OK at the moment but still sluggish.

Some extensions, like Bitwarden or Notes, seem to have added their own shortcut icons between the settings cog and the other functions below the tabs, with seemingly no way to remove them? I already have them in my regular toolbar / extension overflow, which has much more space available, so I don't see the point of why there's duplicate ones in the sidebar taking away tab space?

05/20/2025 twitch streams stopped working, image disappeared, sound is there. Also working videos that are on twitch, not streaming. In windows 10 everything works.

I am starting to use the new utility which allows me to group tabs. But I would like to see only the name of the group and not the whole list. How can I collapse the list of tabs which belong to a group leaving only the group name shown. Then with a click I should be able to see the corresponding list of tabs if I need it. I have noticed that Firefox has been getting too many updates recently...even as much as 2 updates this week alone. Frankly i'm sick of getting the green icons and pop-ups in the upper right corner. Is there a way in about:blank codes to turn off these stealth downloading behaviour and prompt pop-ups to restart the browser and let me just manually do it in settings when i want to but without notifications ?

How should I fix the frozen browser. Firefox updated ok from another user account on this computer, though Firefox has always updated for all accounts on the computer when updated from any of the accounts. The installer tool got caught in a loop to install until it froze the browser on the third retry. What should I do?

Have been unable to login to Spectrum using Firefox for some time now. Checked with Spectrum techs & they say the problem is with Firefox. Also having trouble with other streaming sites using my ID's & passwords. They all seem to work using Chrome. Can you please help get back to logging in with Firefox?

Running Linux Mint 22 on Dell desktop. On bootup, no bookmarks and message with link to restore them. Restarting computer sometimes works after multiple tries but often does not, currently on FF 138.0.3 but this problem has come up on several previous versions of Mint as well as FF. Now more frequent. No security or other software apps have been added or changed.

The last time I got the bookmarks to show I used the FF Save Bookmarks function to save them to a stick. That file shows on the stick as a .json file. Mozilla's choice, not mine. Manage Bookmarks in the hamburger menu generates a pop-up "Library" that will not access the .json file.

Running Linux Mint 22 and FF 138.0.3. Normal practice is to leave 2 or 3 FF windows open on shutdown so the same windows and tabs will re-open on future boot-ups when opening FF. In the last several versions of FF as well as of the OS, those tabs appear on boot but display random text within a random tab for a given window. Also, the highlighted icon in the tray does not match the window that has opened. If I click and re-click the tray icons, they eventually display as expected.

I logged into my Firefox Sync account last week on a newly re-imaged computer. My old computer is listed under "Connected Services" and for the first few days, when I selected "Sync" from the top right menu, the subsequent menu included the name of the the old computer and the list of tabs.
