Do you find the mentioned restart with no addon under help menu as before upgrade.

Hello, click the menu button New Fx Menu , click help Help-29 and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled....

Also you can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the shift key while starting Firefox.
