Are you wired to you modem, or WiFi? Have you try to reset the modem? Is the link to the modem running properly? Have you tried to Start Firefox in Safe Mode? What do you mean by not load my Internet pages any longer? What are you trying to load? Is it with some pages, all pages? What is it that in displayed on screen?
