Altho set to use my home page on restart, on restart I get all my prior tabs. Thanks.
My home page is correctly listed in the startup options box but it never opens when I restart the browser- instead I get all my prior tabs from the last session. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Verify if in options,general tab, if firefox at startup load your homepage as in this image https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/gallery/image/11005

I still need help with this issue. For some reason I see "solution chosen" and can't figure out how to change that either.
First update firefox to the last version (24.0) from here Mozilla Firefox then check if the problem remains
