This is about the fourth time I've been asked to enter this material. For the second time in a row firefox will not run after installing the update (currently v20). Upon completing the update, attempting to run firefix results in nothing at all. Going to MSIE and attempting to run another firefix update will not run the update procedure unless you first totally remove all mozilla traces from your file system. THEN you can rsinstall cold from MSIE BUT, when firefox attempts to run it stalls halfway through the add-on checks and that program must be aborted. You CAN then get something running, but what is going on and why are we having all these problems. I have used this for years without any of this in the past?

hello kgkyes, please try to reset firefox & perform a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.
