Keep getting "stronglly advise upgrade to Firefox 5" messages. However, I'm told that it is incompatible with Webroot, my security software. Is it?

I have Webroot security software. My Firefox software keeps giving me a popup message to upgrade to Firefox 5 - however one of the popups stated that upgrading to Firefox 5 would cause my Webroot to malfunction. Recent popups urging the Firefox 5 upgrade do not state the Webroot problem - however, I've not received any communication - and can find nothing on your site - that tells me that issue has been resolved.

What are the benefits up upgrading, and will the upgrade interfere with my Webroot security software?
