My e-mail sign-in no longer appears with the update. How do I reset q.com as my e-mail sign-in ?

I have qwest as an e-mail provider. The e-mail address used to be on an msn page, also a hotmail account, now it is q.com. Before the Firefox update I had a workable sign-in link for vonneleeanne@q.com that worked. After the update I cannot find a way to access my e-mail... Help. I think 'pop' is a key word to facilitate this, but I can't figure it out. Help!
