My emails are cut off at right margin so I can't view whole message.

Some of my emails are unreadable because the right margin is off and part of the message is cut. I sent a message to rock.com regarding this and they said it was due to browser settings or display settings are set an a resolution that does not display sites properly. I don't know how to adjust and need help.
