while uninstalling 3.6 for 4.0, forgot to uninstall key scrambler and nothing will load after rebooting?

After uninstalling firefox 3.6 from the control panel (add and remove programs), I commenced loading firefox 4.0 (but forgot to properly uninstall keyscambler add-on from the 3.6 firefox). The 4.0 firefox extracted but told me to reboot to continue the uninstalling of the previous version. I did so and after reloading nothing installed.
