I keep losing all personalization on the Yahoo Toolbar and the Menu bar

Every so often I lose all of my customization on my Yahoo toolbar and my navigation bar. I've cleared the cookies and the cache... Sometimes the personalization comes back and sometimes (like today) it doesn't.

I also can't get a preview of .PDFs I upload to the Google Docs anymore, when I used to be able to.

I have the latest versions of everything installed. All of these functions still work properly in IE, which is why I think the problem is with Mozilla.

You probably have other extensions installed that "don't play well" with the Yahoo Toolbar. Or maybe the Yahoo Toolbar is the issue??

IMO, the first step would be to disable the Google Toolbar extension, and see if that was causing the corruption on the other Toolbars. The GTB extension is known to cause all sorts of problems.

Did that and cleared cookies/cache again and restarted Mozilla. No help. Thanks.
