I've been using firefox since i got my computer in april, within the last two days ive opened up firefox and it will not connect to the internet at all, Internet explorer works fine so it isnt the connection to the internet but firefox will not work

Nothing in firefox will work, it is completely unable to connect. I have tried resetting my computer, reinstalling firefox (twice) and nothing seems to work. Before this happened firefox was completely fine and working extremely well.
