I can't use Firefox at all. From the desktop I click the firefox icon and get a crash notification. I went into Firefox support and using instrucions there used another brouser got the crash signature, it is: RtlEnterCriticalSection. I can't figure out what to do now. I would like to get my old Firefox up and running. I would delete Firefox entirely and reload but I want to keep my 200 or so saved bookmarks.

I cannot get into Firefox either...why is this happeneing and what is the solution Thanks in advance
