I have accidentally deleted some of my bookmarks. Is there any way I can find them again? I have never backed up my bookmarks.

You can restore from previous automatic bookmark backups from the Library. 

From the menu bar: Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks, then click Import and Backup and choose Restore to see backup dates.
