I asked a specific question and recieved no response. Thank you for the pathetic example of "Customer Support". I'm sure my issue is all my error.

1. This is not Customer Support, this is User Support.
2. The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers.
3. We are not obligated to answer every question within 15 minutes.

The Firefox web browsers are free to download and use as a user as customer implies you paid for the download or as a subscription.

You had posted this thread only some 21 minutes after the first one as this is a community support forum and not some form of direct chat or ticket system. All web browsers have their own form of community support forum and not some direct support unless they pay for it though it is usually only for enterprise users as Mozilla does this also.
