Cannot connect to BBC Sounds web page (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds). Get the following error message: "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Have tried with and without a VPN, have cleared the cache, and shutdown/restarted Firefox, but no luck.

Connects without issue when using alternative browsers.

I'm currently on Win7 and have no issues with the site. see screenshot Post a screenshot showing the issue.

Hello - thanks for the advice.

I solved the problem by clearing all the cookies and restarting Firefox.
