I am running the latest version of Firefox, using Last Pass extension, and signing into Bank of America US website. I've done this for years. I use a FIDO device to authenticate transactions but now I am no longer able to do that. Each time the system asks me to use my device, I get an error message saying if failed (even before pressing the device) and my only way to get out is to force quit Firefox. I am able to execute the transactions successfully using Safari as my browser with Lasspass and the Fido device. I have called the bank and they cannot see any issues on their side. I'm working on a Macbook running Sonoma 14.7, I have firefox on autoupdate. I do not have any passphrases saved for Bank of America.
